We are currently looking for a VIP Account Manager (night).π Key responsibilities and your contribution:
- Provide personalized assistance and support to VIP clients during the night , ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide service that meets quality standards and requirements.
- Implementing strategies to increase VIP client engagement and loyalty.
- Monitoring VIP client activity and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Analyzing VIP client feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the VIP experience.
- Keeping updates of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in VIP client management.
π Your qualifications:
- 1+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of casino games and the VIP customer segment.
- Excellent communication, and sales skills.
- Adaptability to handle variable workloads and dynamic environments.
- Strong motivation for achieving set goals.
β Nice to have:
- Experience in a similar position in the iGaming industry.
