Our clients include products with millions of monthly users, and some of our partnerships run 6–9+ years. Design at Flatstudio means the full system: UX, interfaces, code, and product logic – not standalone screens.

We're opening a Business Development role to build our outbound sales direction in the iGaming and sports analytics verticals. This is a build-from-scratch role: you'll own the pipeline, work directly with the founder, and grow into full-cycle sales as the direction matures.

What your first 3 months look like

• Research iGaming, sportsbook, and sports analytics companies across Europe, North America, and selected international markets
• Run first-touch outreach through LinkedIn and outsourcing marketplaces, using our case studies as the core asset
• Qualify leads and bring them to an intro call – the founder joins deals from that point, and you learn our sales process from the inside
• Set up and maintain the CRM and outreach workflows, with AI tools where they genuinely help

What the role grows into

• Full-cycle sales: from intro call to contract signing
• Pre-sales together with the team: requirements gathering, scoping, proposal building
• Long-term client relationships, cross-sell and upsell
• Real influence on how our sales and business processes are built – your ideas will be implemented, not filed

Must-haves

• 1.5+ years of hands-on B2B sales or lead generation experience – digital services, agencies, or outsourcing
• Working knowledge of the iGaming industry: who the operators, platforms, and affiliates are, and how B2B models like White Label and Turnkey work
• Proven outbound experience through LinkedIn or marketplaces – you know how to start conversations that don't get ignored
• Hands-on use of AI tools in your own workflow
• English – Advanced (C1+), fluent written and spoken communication with clients
• Ukrainian – understanding is a must

Feasibility & Solution design
- Formulate and evaluate technical hypotheses around: network-state awareness, routing and path optimization, network reliability, degradation prediction, capacity forecasting, predictive maintenance, simulator-based experimentation
- Work with ML Engineers to determine whether a problem is better addressed through ML, optimization, graph algorithms, heuristics or deterministic logic
- Contribute to technical feasibility assessments and implementation recommendations
- Help define implementation-ready technical scopes for promising opportunities

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering, network architecture, embedded systems or a closely related field
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and distributed network behavior
- Hands-on experience with wireless networks, mesh networks, IoT or constrained networks
- Experience analyzing network topology, routing, link quality and network capacity
- Strong understanding of RSSI, SNR, packet loss, latency, link quality and radio communication metrics
- Experience working with network telemetry and distributed systems
- Practical experience with embedded systems and/or embedded Linux
- Experience integrating firmware/embedded systems with network and telemetry infrastructure
- Experience with network simulators, emulators or controlled network experiments
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

We are looking for an experienced C++ / backend engineer to join on a short-term, time-bound basis to lead refactoring and modernization work on a mature desktop application. The product has a large, cross-platform C++ codebase (~500k lines of code plus third-party dependencies) built on Qt5. The primary goal of the engagement is to modernize the build toolchain and dependency stack, with the migration to Apple Silicon as the top priority.

Not all of the tasks below are guaranteed to be completed within the engagement. At a minimum, the Intel → Apple Silicon migration must be delivered; remaining items will be prioritized based on time and progress.

• Responsibilities:

  Migrate the macOS build of the application from an Intel to an Apple Silicon build (C++ codebase, ~500k LOC plus third-party libraries, Qt5).
  Migrate third-party libraries from Conan 1.x to Conan 2 across the Windows, macOS, and Linux builds.
  Update the Linux build to use Clang 19 (from Clang 11) and move the build to Ubuntu 24.04.
  Update selected third-party libraries to recent versions to meet security requirements.
  Migrate the codebase from C++17 to C++20.

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  Proficiency in modern C++ (17/20) and cross-platform development across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  Strong experience with CMake and build-system toolchain configuration.
  Hands-on knowledge of the Conan package manager.
  Familiarity with the Clang / LLVM toolchain.
  Experience with Qt5 application development and macOS packaging / code signing.
  Comfortable working with Docker-based CI/CD pipelines and large legacy codebases.
