    • Performing various sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray, etc.) and developing a recruitment network to identify qualified candidates 
    • Connecting and interacting with potential candidates on various professional and social media networks

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide actionable feedback and insights to the automation team for refining automated test scripts.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual QA testing.
    • Proven ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
    • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and QA methodologies.
    • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple project elements simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in English for effective communication in a remote team setting.
