An ambitious, motivated, and energetic junior sales professional with a strong interest in technology and solution-based selling. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with outbound sales and lead generation and is eager to gradually grow into a client-facing sales role.

You will start by focusing on prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification, and over time take on more responsibility for customer conversations, product demonstrations, and sales opportunities across different IoT industries.

Experience or interest in IoT, Cloud, Building Management Systems (BMS), energy monitoring, connected devices, or other technology solutions is a plus.

 

      Responsibilities:

• Research target markets, companies, and contacts based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and build relevant prospect lists.
• Create personalized outreach messages and manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Engage and qualify prospects through written communication, including outbound outreach, inbound leads, and other channels.
• Manage outreach across multiple accounts and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
• Manage sales activities and opportunities in the CRM, ensuring consistent follow-ups and keeping communication history and next steps up to date.
• Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets such as number of qualified opportunities per campaign, number of daily activities/tasks, call quality, appointment setting, and sales skills.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on LinkedIn activities and product-related content to support outreach and engagement.

Over time:

• Conduct initial calls and discovery with qualified prospects to understand their use case, devices, project scope, and key requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and develop strong product knowledge.
• Support prospects during product evaluations and coordinate with the technical team when needed.
• Build long-term client relationships and gradually take ownership of qualified opportunities throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

 - Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT and IoT concepts.
• Experience with AI tools, modern technologies, or a technical background is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to learn technical products and understand different IoT use cases.
• Understanding of ICP-based prospecting and lead qualification.
• Experience or familiarity with lead generation and prospecting tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other similar tools is a plus.
• Experience with email and LinkedIn outreach, including writing personalized messages, building outreach sequences, and handling initial objections or “not interested” responses.
• Experience in direct written communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools or sales pipelines.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to follow-ups, priorities, and next steps.

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and maintain the cloud infrastructure supporting our CI/CD pipelines and production services. You will work closely with software engineers, fellow DevOps engineers, and other team members to automate, scale, secure, and continuously improve our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments to staging and production environments.
• Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for container orchestration and management.
