Branding
LKI culture
LKI operates with an investment banking mindset. This is not a 9-5 environment where people push tasks around and call it a day. We work with some of the best founders in the industry, and that requires resilience, ownership, and an uncompromising standard for excellence.
Nothing is ever “good enough.” We constantly raise the bar - for ourselves, for our clients, and for the work we put into the world. The people who thrive here are intrinsically motivated, curious, and driven to grow in an industry where there is no established marketing playbook.
Our culture is flat and high-ownership. You will have direct access to leadership, real responsibility over the processes you run, and constant feedback. We move fast, we solve hard problems, and we expect people to step up and challenge themselves & others.
This environment is intense. It involves managing complex projects, high expectations, and the emotions of ambitious founders. It’s not easy - and it’s not meant to be.
But if you want to be surrounded by passionate people and reinvent yourself as you grow, LKI will be the right place for you.
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Outbound Marketing Manager who will personally build, launch, and optimize outbound campaigns across multiple channels.
This is an execution-heavy role. You should be comfortable doing the work yourself — from researching target accounts and building lead lists to writing outreach copy, setting up campaigns, launching ads, and analyzing performance.
You’ll have support from a junior marketing team member who can assist with research, list building, campaign setup, reporting, and other execution tasks. However, you will be expected to own the campaigns and remain hands-on in the work yourself.
- Launch and manage LinkedIn lead-generation campaigns targeting the right companies and decision-makers.
- Set up and run cold email outreach, including lead lists, sequences, follow-ups, and deliverability.
- Set up and optimize digital advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and booked calls.
- Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers, and build high-quality prospect lists.
- Write and test outbound messaging, email copy, LinkedIn outreach, ad copy, and offers.
- Build and improve simple sales funnels from first touch to qualified lead or booked meeting.
- Track performance across reply rates, booked calls, lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead, and continuously optimize.
You will feel happy in this role if you have
- Hands-on experience building and managing outbound sales funnels. You know how to create systems that consistently generate qualified leads, not just traffic or awareness.
- Practical experience with multiple outbound channels, especially LinkedIn lead generation, cold email outreach, and digital advertising. If you’ve successfully used other channels, tell us about them in your application.
- Experience working with an agency or service-based business is a strong advantage, particularly if you understand the challenges of selling high-value services rather than physical products or SaaS.
- Advanced written and spoken English. You’ll be creating campaigns, writing outreach copy, communicating ideas, and collaborating with an international team.
- A strong analytical and experimentation mindset. You can look at funnel numbers, identify what isn’t working, develop hypotheses, run tests, and continuously improve conversion rates and lead quality.
Compensation structure
Fixed salary (upon negotiation) + employee benefits.
- Every month, you get a fixed allowance allocated to spend on any activity that makes you happy and relaxed. It can be a regular hobby (e.g., dancing, gym, horse riding) or a one-time expense (e.g., SPA, shooting, massage, yoga class). The choice is yours.
- 20 paid vacation days per year + all bank holidays in Lithuania regardless of your location.
- 4 mental health days per year (no explanation needed).
- Paid sick leave.
- Ownership over your schedule and ability to mix work & life (we care about the result, not your working hours).
- Fully remote setup. Work from anywhere you want.
- Education allowance with the flexibility to spend it in a way that suits your learning style and preferences. Whether you choose to invest in private instructors, enroll in online/in-person courses, purchase educational books and resources, or explore other avenues of learning, it is at your disposal.
- Once a year, every employee can attend one Web3 conference. It’s a chance to stay sharp, meet the people shaping the industry, and keep your edge in a space that moves fast. Conferences can last up to one working week and must be on the same continent as where you live.
