About the Team and Role

You’ll join the Billing team and take ownership of the Taxes module — a core part of our billing system responsible for tax calculation and reporting across multiple locations.

The product has already moved beyond MVP and is actively used by customers. The foundational logic is in place, demand is high, and the next step is scaling functionality and reliability.

Reporting directly to the Head of Research, you'll lead and oversee diverse client-facing research projects, and take ownership of delivering high-quality, tailored lists of decision-makers that power our outbound engagement campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the compilation, validation, and integration of data from multiple sources into databases and CRM systems 
• Own data integrity standards — establishing and enforcing processes for accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the team 
• Identify, escalate, and resolve systemic data issues including duplications and discrepancies 
• Spearhead research initiatives to enrich and complete incomplete datasets 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for research-related information requests from internal stakeholders 
• Evaluate, pilot, and recommend new research and query tools to enhance team efficiency

You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, market research, or a related field
• University degree from a recognized school (preferably business or finance-related)
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, and lead generation platforms
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and coordinate across teams
• A keen sense of initiative and commitment to contributing toward goals
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Superior attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy — a must
• ⁠Hands-on expertise with lead enrichment and scraping tools (e.g., Hunter.io, Lusha, Apollo)

We’re looking for a Amazon Account Manager to own and scale our portfolio on Amazon — from launch to growth strategy, positioning, pricing, and P&L performance. What you’ll do

• Lead product launches on Amazon from scratch: research → positioning → pre-launch setup → post-launch acceleration.
• Build and optimize product listings for search visibility, conversion, and BSR growth — including SEO, pricing, reviews, and creative briefs.
• Analyze Brand Analytics, Helium10, keyword data, competitor gaps — and turn insights into high-ROI decisions.
• Own product strategy: define how each SKU competes, who it serves, and how it scales.
• Run A/B tests, keyword split-tests, funnel experiments, and scale what works.
• Collaborate with PPC, design, affiliate teams to align on launch and scaling strategies.
• Monitor revenue, margin, conversion rates, reviews, return rate — and report what drives or blocks growth.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with supply chain and operations — from launch stock planning to restocking timelines.

You’ll be a great fit if you…

• Have 4+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience, ideally in supplements, wellness, or beauty.
• Have launched and grown 6-figure Amazon products, with proven impact on revenue and ranking.
• Think in terms of performance metrics, not just “improving listings.”
• Are comfortable with tools like Brand Analytics, Helium10, DataDive, Sellerboard, Looker, etc.
• Understand what sells on Amazon — and how to align keywords, price, visuals, reviews into a strong funnel.
• Have strong commercial sense: you get lifecycle, pricing, bundling, positioning, and what drives LTV.
• Can structure your work independently, drive your own roadmap, and challenge assumptions with data.

What we’re looking for
 

• Experience managing Amazon products from strategy to execution.
• Strong understanding of conversion levers, SEO and Amazon algorithms.
• Analytical skills — Google Sheets, dashboards (basic SQL or BI tools are a plus).
• Fluent English — content quality matters, and so does understanding your audience.
• Previous experience in supplements, healthcare, or wellness is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of FDA/FTC compliance and Amazon content policies is a big plus.
