Senior PSP Manager

In connection with the expansion of the department, we are looking for a Senior PSP manager.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming / fintech / PSP / orchestration;
- Hands-on experience configuring routing and cascading;
- Understanding of the full payment lifecycle (deposit → withdrawal);
- Experience working with multiple PSPs simultaneously;
- Ability to work with metrics and identify the causes of downtime;
- Experience with Tier-1 markets (preferably Canada / Australia);
- Basic understanding of APIs / integrations.
Responsibilities:
● Payment infrastructure management (deposits, withdrawals, stability);
- Configuring and optimizing routing and cascading;
- Monitoring metrics (approval rate, conversion, decline reasons);
- Rapid diagnosis and resolution of outages;
- Working with PSPs and providers (incidents, performance, terms);
- Overseeing reconciliation and settlement processes;
- Managing risks, anti-fraud, and payment security;
- Collaborating with product, CRM, and support teams.
