Description
An international real estate agency in Bali is looking for a driven B2B Sales Manager to scale partnerships and revenue through collaboration with real estate agencies worldwide. This role offers a clear path to growth within the company and the opportunity to relocate to Bali.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B partners (real estate agencies, брокеры, networks)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
- Provide partners with актуальная информация about properties, offers, and processes
- Support partners throughout the deal lifecycle
- Coordinate negotiations and assist in closing deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and partner pipeline
- Contribute to scaling partnership channels and improving sales processes
Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Experience in B2B sales / partnerships / business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, result-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple partners and deals simultaneously
- Interest in real estate is a strong plus
Compensation & Targets
- Fixed salary from $1000
- Commission: from 0.5% per deal
- Average deal size: $140,000 – $180,000
- Target: 2 deals/month
- Expected total income: from $2,500+ monthly (with strong upside)
- Additional bonuses and performance-based incentives
Working Conditions
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Kyiv time)
- Remote work format
