Description
An international real estate agency in Bali is looking for a driven B2B Sales Manager to scale partnerships and revenue through collaboration with real estate agencies worldwide. This role offers a clear path to growth within the company and the opportunity to relocate to Bali.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B partners (real estate agencies, брокеры, networks)
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
  • Provide partners with актуальная информация about properties, offers, and processes
  • Support partners throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Coordinate negotiations and assist in closing deals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and partner pipeline
  • Contribute to scaling partnership channels and improving sales processes

 

Requirements

  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Experience in B2B sales / partnerships / business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, result-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and deals simultaneously
  • Interest in real estate is a strong plus

 

Compensation & Targets

  • Fixed salary from $1000
  • Commission: from 0.5% per deal
  • Average deal size: $140,000 – $180,000
  • Target: 2 deals/month
  • Expected total income: from $2,500+ monthly (with strong upside)
  • Additional bonuses and performance-based incentives

 

Working Conditions

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Kyiv time)
  • Remote work format
  • Clear growth path within the company
  • Opportunity to relocate to Bali
