About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Python Optimization Engineer / Gurobi Modeler to support a Python-based Unit Commitment model that uses Gurobi as a MILP solver.  

This is expected to be a long-term, part-time engagement with regular overlap with US Eastern Time. The role will help maintain, troubleshoot, and extend the existing model as it becomes part of a standard customer offering. Workload may vary over time, with occasional ramp-up during customer implementations and lighter ongoing support between projects.

The ideal candidate combines strong Python engineering, practical MILP modeling experience, and hands-on Gurobi knowledge. Experience in power systems, energy markets, or Unit Commitment is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance an existing Python-based Unit Commitment optimization model.
• Troubleshoot model behavior, infeasibility issues, solver performance, and customer-specific cases.
• Extend the model with new constraints, business rules, objective terms, or configuration options.
• Provide ongoing part-time support for issues that arise between implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Launch and optimize manual campaigns in Google Ads, specifically via YouTube, Discovery, and Demand Gen.
• Retargeting Strategy: Build and evolve sophisticated retargeting funnels using Customer Match, GA4, and Pixel-based audiences.
• Value-Based Optimization: Optimize campaigns based on deep-funnel events (CPA, FTD, Deposits) and overall ROI/ROAS.
• Funnel Development: Work with pre-landers, cloaking solutions, and custom conversion tracking to bypass source restrictions and maximize flow.
• Creative Direction: Set technical assignments (TZs) for YouTube video assets and banners, followed by rigorous performance analysis.
• Scaling: Responsibly scale profitable campaigns across assigned international GEOs.
• Analytics & Attribution: Deep-dive into data to understand user behavior and attribution models.

Required Skills & Experience

• Google Ads Mastery: Expert knowledge of YouTube and Discovery/Demand Gen formats (UAC experience is a bonus, but not the primary focus).
• Retargeting Expert: Proven track record of working with Customer Match and advanced audience segmentation.
• Vertical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with "grey" niches and navigating platform restrictions.
• Technical Stack: Experience with cloaking, pre-landers, and setting up custom conversions.
• Metric Driven: Solid understanding of the Value-Approach (optimizing for deposits and long-term ROAS).

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and capable Deputy COO to become the right hand of our current Chief Operating Officer in one of our iGaming verticals (casino, sportsbook, or traffic). This is a foundational role for someone ready to take operational ownership, build processes, and grow into a full COO role in the near future.

Key tasks:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular analysis of affiliate traffic to identify fraud across CPA, Hybrid, RevShare, and Fixed models using both internal and third-party analytics tools.
• Analyze user behavior (FTD, retention, unusual patterns) to detect suspicious or incentivized traffic schemes.
• Prepare and update affiliate offer terms and Insertion Orders (IO) with clear anti-fraud conditions.
• Perform pre-checks of new affiliates and deal terms before campaign activation.
• Approve or reject affiliate payouts based on traffic quality evaluation (final compliance check before payment execution).
• Collaborate with affiliate managers to explain payout rejections and clarify reasons for non-payment.
• Suggest improvements to anti-fraud processes and contribute to the development of internal fraud prevention policies.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming or Betting as an Affiliate Analyst, Traffic Analyst, or Anti-Fraud Specialist.
• Solid understanding of CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models and the fraud risks associated with each.
• Proficiency in traffic analysis using tools like Google Sheets and Power BI (user-level).
• Knowledge of common fraudulent patterns such as multi-accounting, bonus abuse, incentivized traffic, and geolocation manipulation.
• Experience in drafting clear and contract-compliant IO (Insertion Order) terms for affiliates.
• Strong attention to detail, high level of accountability, and ability to work with large datasets effectively.
