We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to the continued growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to financial excellence.

Your background:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in practical UA PE accounting;
• Experience working with Private Entrepreneurs registered under the laws of foreign countries (an advantage);
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Deadline-oriented mindset;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience managing or coordinating payroll providers in European jurisdictions (an advantage).

Key tasks:

• Managing calculations and settlements with contractors and employees, including preparation of supporting documentation, monitoring of payment schedules, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
• Preparing supporting documentation for foreign customers/clients, such as agreements, invoices, and statements of work;
• Calculating income and preparing/submitting quarterly and annual UA PE reports to tax authorities;
• Supporting and mentoring PEs on all aspects of current Ukrainian legislation related to entrepreneurial activity, and providing updates on relevant changes;
• Communicating with other business departments, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
