Affiliate Manager Offline

We’re seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager (LATAM focus) to drive growth and foster strong, long-term partnerships.
If you have proven experience in affiliate marketing within LATAM, understand local traffic nuances, and know how to scale campaigns with high-performing partners, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing affiliate partnerships in LATAM markets
• Attract, onboard, and develop new partners across the region
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and performance goals
• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns

• Track, analyze, and interpret campaign data to improve ROI and scaling opportunities

   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing (LATAM experience is a strong advantage)
• Deep understanding of different traffic sources (SEO, PPC, social, influencers, native, etc.)
• Strong market research skills with the ability to structure insights clearly and actionably
• Strong analytical skills: ability to work with performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
• Solid understanding of affiliate models, funnels, and player behavior.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
