Who we're looking for

A young, ambitious PM with 2+ years of experience in IT / custom software development and a strong drive to grow.

This is not a fit for someone who has run marketing campaigns, events, or non-tech delivery. It's critical that you understand how a software development process works from the inside: from ticket to release.

You should be capable of running 3 to 5 projects in parallel without dropping balls.

What you'll do

• Manage 3–5 digital / Web3 / AI projects in parallel — from kickoff to delivery
• Assign and track tasks for developers and designers, control quality and deadlines
• Communicate with clients (including international) — meetings, status updates, expectation management
• Maintain project documentation across Jira / Confluence / Telegram / Google Docs
• Control scope, timelines, priorities, and risks
• Help the CEO build and refine internal processes
• Participate in calls, demos, sprint planning, and retros
• Make sure the team delivers — no excuses, no missed deadlines

Requirements (must have)

• 2+ years as a PM in IT / custom software development (outsourcing or product company — both fine)
• Proven track record of running 3+ projects simultaneously
• Hands-on experience working with development and design teams
• Solid understanding of the web app development lifecycle (frontend + backend + API)
• Scrum Master or PM certification (PMP / PSM / CSM / PMI-ACP) — strict must-have. Candidates without certification will not be considered
• Project management courses or formal PM education
• Confident command of Agile / Scrum 
• English — B1 / Intermediate (written communication and basic calls; client-facing communication is owned by the CEO, but you need a working level)
• Ukrainian — required and Russian — required  (internal team and partner communication)
• Strong soft skills: communication, multi-tasking, ownership, fast decision-making

Candidates without IT development project experience, without multi-project experience, or without a PM certification will not be considered. This is non-negotiable.
