Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Launch and optimize manual campaigns in Google Ads, specifically via YouTube, Discovery, and Demand Gen.
  • Retargeting Strategy: Build and evolve sophisticated retargeting funnels using Customer Match, GA4, and Pixel-based audiences.
  • Value-Based Optimization: Optimize campaigns based on deep-funnel events (CPA, FTD, Deposits) and overall ROI/ROAS.
  • Funnel Development: Work with pre-landers, cloaking solutions, and custom conversion tracking to bypass source restrictions and maximize flow.
  • Creative Direction: Set technical assignments (TZs) for YouTube video assets and banners, followed by rigorous performance analysis.
  • Scaling: Responsibly scale profitable campaigns across assigned international GEOs.
  • Analytics & Attribution: Deep-dive into data to understand user behavior and attribution models.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Google Ads Mastery: Expert knowledge of YouTube and Discovery/Demand Gen formats (UAC experience is a bonus, but not the primary focus).
  • Retargeting Expert: Proven track record of working with Customer Match and advanced audience segmentation.
  • Vertical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with "grey" niches and navigating platform restrictions.
  • Technical Stack: Experience with cloaking, pre-landers, and setting up custom conversions.
  • Metric Driven: Solid understanding of the Value-Approach (optimizing for deposits and long-term ROAS).
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to work with GA4 and various attribution models to justify spend.
  • Proactivity: A self-sufficient specialist who takes ownership of the entire funnel and actively seeks growth opportunities.
