As a Frontend Product Owner, you become the single entry point for frontend requests across brands and projects. You validate incoming initiatives, coordinate estimation, shape a realistic quarterly plan with frontend tech leads and delivery managers, and own the day-to-day product communication — from Jira hygiene and Change Requests to release chats and cross-team escalations.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and maintain a prioritized, transparent, and outcome-oriented frontend product backlog across supported brands and projects, acting as the single point of entry for all frontend initiatives;
• Translate product vision and brand-level goals into well-defined tasks with clear acceptance criteria, DoR, and DoD — and ensure all task-related agreements are documented in Jira comments as the single source of truth;

You have these superpowers

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, or Business Analyst in a product or delivery team — preferably with a focus on frontend or platform-facing initiatives;

We are building an AI powered document search assistant for a large enterprise client in Japan. Project design documentation accumulated over roughly twenty years currently sits on an isolated file server with no search capability at all, which forces engineers to rely on subject matter experts to locate specifications manually. The solution migrates this content into SharePoint within the client internal network and delivers natural language search across it. Roughly half of the corpus is in legacy Excel format where critical information lives inside shapes, callouts and embedded screenshots rather than in cells, so the pipeline combines format conversion, drawing layer parsing and OCR before indexing. The architecture is built on Azure (Python-based processing, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Document Intelligence) with Google Cloud considered as an alternative track. The current stage is a Proof of Concept focused on two highest-risk areas, unstructured data extraction and incremental index updates, with production rollout to follow.

About the Project

The project is a product in the regulated medical software and medical devices domain, where quality, reliability and compliance are critical. We are looking for a QA Engineer who combines manual and automated testing and uses Python on a daily basis, to help ensure the product meets its quality and compliance goals throughout the development life cycle. Lead Agency Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.
• Support and mentor our Account Managers and Project Managers.
• Improve workflows, communication, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor team capacity, priorities, and overall performance.
• Oversee website launches and technical projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client goals.
• Help build systems and processes that allow the agency to scale.

Build Strong Client Relationships

• Serve as a trusted advisor for key client accounts.
• Lead client meetings, strategy sessions, and business reviews.
• Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and confidence.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships.

Drive Business Growth

• Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients.
• Understand client goals and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Develop strategic marketing plans and proposals.
• Help close new business opportunities.
• Support upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.

Partner with the CEO

• Work closely with the CEO to execute company goals and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• 2 + years leading Account Managers, Project Managers, or client delivery teams in an agency environment.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO, AI Search Optimization, Paid Media, website development, WordPress, website launches, and digital marketing strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Handle both customer-facing and deep technical support questions from Bringg's enterprise customers
• Investigate reported issues using logs, SQL queries, and API calls to find root cause, not just symptoms
• Use observability tools (e.g. OpenSearch, Kibana, Grafana, Splunk) to monitor system health, catch issues proactively, and speed up incident investigation
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate log analysis, pattern-match recurring issues, and surface likely root causes before manual digging
• Manage a queue of competing priorities, escalating the right issues to R&D with clear, actionable bug reports
• Own production incidents end-to-end, including communicating status to internal and external stakeholders
• Validate fixes through functional testing before they go back to customers
• Contribute to and improve a shared knowledge base, using AI tools to help identify gaps and keep documentation current
   

What You Bringg
Must-haves:

• 3+ years of experience in L2 or L3 technical or application support
• Proven experience using SQL at an intermediate level
• Proven track record working with REST APIs
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one modern observability platform (e.g., OpenSearch, Kibana, Grafana, Splunk or similar tools) including log analysis, monitoring, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and proactive detection of system health and performance issues
• High level of English (a must!) with both strong written and oral communication skills
   

Strong advantages:

• Experience with providing technical and application support for Web & Mobile platforms
• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Customer-facing experience
• Experience working in operationally critical environments in high-pressure situations

Note: The position requires working in shifts (including night shifts 00.00- 08.00) during business days, and weekend shifts (day & night shifts)
