๐Ÿš€ We're looking for a Project Manager / Account Manager!

We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Project Manager / Account Manager to join our team and become the key point of coordination between our clients and QA teams.
This is a hybrid role that combines Project Management and Account Management responsibilities. You will lead one core project, coordinating the work of manual and automation QA teams, while also maintaining relationships with several additional clients and ensuring they receive outstanding service.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6+ months of commercial experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or in a hybrid PM/AM role.
  • Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
  • Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English (C1+) with the ability to communicate confidently and negotiate with international clients โ€“ MUST.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, software development methodologies, and project management fundamentals.
  • Strong ownership, responsibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with QA teams or within software testing projects.
  • Experience in IT consulting or service-based companies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and project/task management tools.
  • Experience identifying upsell opportunities and expanding long-term client partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage one core project, coordinating manual and automation QA teams.
  • Plan and allocate team resources across projects to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Communicate with clients regarding project progress, priorities, and current activities.
  • Prioritize and manage project backlogs together with the team.
  • Ensure timely delivery and maintain high-quality project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Handle client requests and ensure agreed commitments are fulfilled.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, collect feedback, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities to expand cooperation and support business growth through upsell initiatives.
