About the role:

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to join the team at the company's office in Bortnychi, Kyiv.
 

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience in a similar logistics role;
• English — B2 level;
• Understanding of key logistics processes and Incoterms rules.
   

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and coordinating domestic and international freight transportation, including road, sea, and air shipments;
• Finding new carriers, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and managing the carrier database;
• Monitoring deliveries at all stages and promptly resolving any issues that arise during transportation;
• Managing logistics documentation, including checking and preparing shipping documents, CMRs, invoices, packing lists, and contracts;
• Optimizing logistics costs and developing the most efficient transportation routes.
