This Rendering Engineer position is responsible for high-performance rendering development for a massively multiplayer online game. This individual will be focused on hands-on implementation of graphics rendering for an open-world game with extremely dynamic content. Essential Job Functions

• Individual contributor on front-end Unity game engine code and components.

We are seeking a talented and innovative Software Engineer with strong Java experience to join our team.

Requirements:

● 8+ years of experience in software development
● strong programming skills in Java (Spring / Spring Boot)
● deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures
● extensive experience with high-performance, large-scale data processing systems, and real-time analytics.
● proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable software systems that process terabytes of data daily
● strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code concepts

● upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency

About your key responsibilities and impact:

— Team management: Leading and managing the FOP Hub team, distributing responsibilities within the FOP Hub team, conducting analysis and oversight of FOP Hub team’s performance, forecasting human resource needs, team development planning; determining KPI and PDP metrics;
— Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws. This includes staying up-to-date with changes in legislation, establishing team knowledge exchange;
— Internal controls: Implementing and maintaining strong internal controls over FOP Hub team work;
— Financial reporting: Ensuring the accuracy of the reporting approaches applied by the FOP Hub;
— Launch of new locations: Conducting research on new locations, establishing the working workflow for the FOP Hub, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation;
— Process improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving internal processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Identifying opportunities for automation and optimisation of workflow.

Essential professional experience:
— A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and reporting, including the supervision of FOP activities;
— Financial principles and standards: Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and standards in the areas of corporate finance and FOP activities, taxes;
— Business acumen: Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to financial reporting, tax, FOP activities;
— Analytical skills: Ability to analyse accounting data and trends, tax planning;
— Compliance and control: Knowledge of internal controls and risk management frameworks specific to corporate and FOP accounting/taxation to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance;
— Regulatory knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to corporate accounting and taxes, FOP activities and taxes, including tax regulations and reporting requirements, in relevant jurisdictions for GR8 Tech FOP;
— Audit knowledge: Experience in managing audits (could be internal);
— Problem-solving abilities: Capacity to identify and resolve complex issues, address discrepancies, and ensure accurate work processing under tight deadlines;
— Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills;
— Leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and provide guidance and direction to achieve departmental goals;
— Technology and ERP systems: Familiarity with accounting software and systems, including understanding their capabilities and limitations, and experience in optimising accounting processes within these systems;
— Language skills: Ukrainian or Russian fluent.
