Marketing Data Analyst Offline

Dripify is on the hunt for a marketing data powerhouse.

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and impact-driven Marketing Data Analyst to join our remote-first team and build the data infrastructure that powers everything we do in marketing — from campaign measurement and funnel analytics to behavioral insights and bold growth experiments.
This isn’t just a “pull a report” kind of job. We’re building a best-in-class marketing engine, and we need someone who’s just as comfortable setting up BI systems and writing SQL as they are presenting insights to leadership or brainstorming hypotheses with growth marketers.
If you’ve been craving a seat at the table where data actually drives decisions — this is your role.
This is a remote-first role with occasional travel for off-sites and meetups. Reporting directly to the CMO.

About You
— You don’t just measure performance — you hunt for signals in the noise and turn them into strategy.
— You’ve built dashboards that didn’t just look good — they helped teams move.
— You’re fluent in GA4, GTM, BI systems, HubSpot, and attribution logic.
— You’re a pro at mapping the full funnel — from MQL to SQL to revenue.
— You’ve helped B2B teams understand what drives real revenue (not just clicks).
— You ask the right questions: “What’s working?”, “What’s broken?”, “What if we tried...?”
— If you nodded your head to all of that — keep reading 👇

Requirements:

— 3–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing analytics, ideally in SaaS or tech startups.
— Solid experience with GA4, GTM, BigQuery, HubSpot, and BI platforms like Amplitude or Tableau.
— Confident using SQL, building dashboards, and turning messy data into clean insights.
— Deep understanding of MQL/SQL flows, lead scoring, and pipeline analytics.
— Proven experience with multi-touch attribution models, and full-funnel tracking.
— Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into stories and influence stakeholders.
— Comfortable with ambiguity — and excited about laying down scalable systems from scratch.

Responsibilities:

— Build and own our full analytics stack — from GA4, GTM, and HubSpot to Tableau or Amplitude.
— Create a single source of truth for the marketing funnel — from first visit to MQL-to-SQL and paid user.
— Define, implement, and document event tracking across the site, CRM, and channels.
— Develop and manage multi-touch attribution models to understand what really drives the result.
— Analyze campaign performance across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels — and deliver insights that drive decisions.
— Set up and manage dashboards and reports that track our OKRs and core marketing KPIs.
— Run behavioral analysis to uncover user patterns and generate testable hypotheses for growth.
— Be our go-to data expert during launches, channel experiments, and quarterly planning.

Would be a plus:

— Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experiment hypothesis generation.
— Understanding of data warehousing, syncing marketing data across platforms.

Work conditions:

— 100% remote position, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
— Competitive salary reflecting your skills and expertise.
— 24 days of paid vacation per year to recharge and relax.
— 10 days of paid sick leave.
— Educational opportunities.
— Compensation budget for medical and hobby/sport expenses.
— Generous budget for birthdays and anniversaries.
— Online and offline team events.
— A collaborative and innovative work environment with passionate team members.
