Responsibilities:

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand roles, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
• Source and hire non-technical talent, with a strong focus on Business Development and Marketing roles
• Build and manage candidate pipelines using different sourcing channels
• Improve and structure hiring processes, making them efficient and scalable
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage
• Track hiring progress and keep stakeholders aligned

Required skills:

• At least 1,5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience
• Proven experience hiring non-technical roles, especially in Business Development and Marketing
• Confidence in running hiring processes independently
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• English level B1 or higher
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment

In this role, you will own the design and implementation of critical backend components, working with existing microservices written in Go and Java to deliver new functionality, migrate legacy code, and optimize performance.
