THE ROLE
You will join a small team building a new product from the ground up both the client-facing app and the internal admin panel. The team is small and the codebase is brand new, so this is not a ticket-taking role: you will help shape the data model, the service boundaries and the integration patterns, and then build them.
Most of the weight sits on the back end. Strong React is what lets you close a feature end to end without a handoff.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a Senior / Lead CRM Retention Manager to take ownership of our retention direction, strengthen CRM communications, and help increase player activity, repeat deposits, LTV, and the overall performance of promotional campaigns.

This role is a great fit for someone who does more than simply launch campaigns. We need a person who can build a strong retention strategy, analyze user segments, identify growth opportunities, manage a team, and turn CRM into a powerful revenue channel.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies aimed at increasing player activity, repeat deposits, LTV, and long-term engagement.
- Manage CRM communications across email, push notifications, web push, SMS, Viber/Telegram, and onsite channels.
- Build, optimize, and scale lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, activation, reactivation, VIP, churn prevention, winback flows.

You will be the dedicated developer for our funnel building teams. The role covers the full technical lifecycle of our funnels — building and maintaining pages, configuring checkouts and offers in the CRM, implementing tracking, and supporting split tests — along with day-to-day ecommerce development requests across the portfolio. 
 

Beyond funnel work, you will develop small self-contained projects: internal tools, digital products, and lightweight SaaS-style applications. These projects involve integrating a variety of third-party APIs — payments, fulfillment, analytics, and AI services — and you will own them end-to-end, from brief to deployment.
 

Turnaround speed and reliability are central to this role. We use AI tooling (primarily Claude) as a standard part of the development workflow, and expect this hire to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, and maintain funnel pages in CheckoutChamp and Funnelish, including checkout and upsell flows
• Configure offers, products, pricing, and payment settings in the CRM
• Implement and verify tracking across all pages: pixels, conversion events, and tracker parameters
