As a Affiliate Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and growing a portfolio of strategic affiliate partnerships within the Email Marketing department, launching new offers quickly and maximizing long-term revenue through strong relationships and commercial negotiations. You will work closely with Marketing, Promo Coordination, HTML Developers, Compliance, Analytics, Broadcast Team, and Product. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop long-term relationships with affiliate partners and advertisers
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partnerships
- Own commercial negotiations, including CPA/CPL payouts, exclusivity agreements, and partnership terms
- Coordinate end-to-end launches of new affiliate offers
- Work closely with Marketing, Promo Coordination, HTML Developers, Compliance, Analytics, Broadcast Team, and Product to ensure fast execution
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze EPC, conversion rates, revenue, and traffic quality
- Identify optimization opportunities and scale successful partnerships
- Conduct regular partner calls, business reviews, and performance discussions
- Act as the primary point of contact between external partners and internal teams
- Continuously improve launch speed, partner satisfaction, and revenue performance
- 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with CPA/CPL business models
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience growing affiliate partnerships and increasing partner revenue
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English level: Advanced (C1+) or Native
- Experience with Email Marketing
- Experience working with US-market partners
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms
- Business Development experience
- Experience attending affiliate conferences or representing a company externally
