Backend Software Engineer

💼 About the Role

We're looking for a Backend Software Engineer to help develop and scale our internal and client-facing fintech platforms. You'll join a cross-functional team of product thinkers, engineers, and designers to shape high-performance systems that drive financial innovation.

🧩 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain core backend services
• Participate in system architecture and API design
• Work closely with product team to deliver robust solutions
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development (programming language doesn't matter)
• Good English and communication skills (all communication and documentation is in English)
• AI driven (you already use Claude Code, Codex or something similar in your daily flow)
• Be open for new technologies and flows
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system architecture
• Experience working with SQL databases and caching systems
• Familiarity with Docker and Linux-based environments
• Background in AWS infra is a plus

📋 Interview Process

1. Initial interview with HR and/or CTO — up to 30 minutes via Google Meet (camera required)
2. Technical interview with senior engineers — up to 2 hours via Google Meet (camera required)
3. Team match interview with CTO and CPO — up to 45 minutes via Google Meet (camera required)
4. Final decision
