• Establish and maintain structured folder systems, naming conventions, and versioning across all projects.
• Validate and test assets in 3D tools to ensure visual integrity and performance.
• Communicate effectively with tech art, creative, and development teams regarding asset readiness and optimization standards.
• Maintain clear documentation and visual references for each asset package to ensure transparency and reusability.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance automation, reduce manual tasks, and streamline production flows.
  
   

Qualifications:
 

• Hands-on experience with various 3D tools (Blender, Three.js is a plus).
• Solid understanding of asset optimization (polygon reduction, texture compression, material efficiency).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted production pipelines or creative automation tools.
• Basic understanding of game design principles and how assets influence gameplay and user experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills - clean naming, clear structure, and consistency are key.
• Basic scripting or batch-processing experience (Python, JavaScript, or CLI tools).
• A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills in English.
• (Nice to have) Experience with version control (Git), render pipelines, or internal asset management tools.
