Accountant (Diia.City / FOP)

About Sprinterra:

Sprinterra is a technology and consulting company providing software development and digital transformation services to clients in the US and Europe. With a team of 60+ professionals, we operate under the Diia.City residency model and are actively building out our finance and administration function.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to own the full cycle of accounting and tax operations for the company, including management of a pool of individual entrepreneurs (FOP UA) and all Diia.City-related financial processes.

This is a hands-on role where you will be the go-to person for everything finance — from day-to-day bookkeeping and tax filings to working with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities:

• Full accounting and tax support for a Diia.City resident company
• Management of 40+ individual entrepreneurs (FOP, Group 3) — accruals, acts, reporting
• Preparation and submission of tax reports (simplified tax system, FOP Group 3)
• Primary documentation — contracts, acts of completed work and other (template-based work)
• Recording business transactions in ERPs.
• Interaction with banks, tax authorities, and the State Tax Service via the taxpayer portal

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience & Education

• Proven experience managing a pool of 40+ FOPs (Group 3)
• Experience working in a Diia.City resident company as accountant
• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Experience with export of services and basic understanding of US tax legislation — a plus
• Professional certifications — a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Simplified tax system, FOP Group 3
• UAS (PsBО) and IFRS principles (GAAP — a plus)
• Proper execution of primary documents and recording of business transactions
• Diia.City operational specifics
• Working with contracts and related documents — basic legal literacy

Software

• MEDoc, Vchasno, client-bank systems, taxpayer portal
• Experience with ERP systems
• Google Workspace

Soft Skills

• English — Intermediate or higher
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Emotional resilience
• Accountability and independence
• Willingness to learn new tools, including AI and ERP systems
