VIP Account Manager (iGaming)
We are a fast-growing international iGaming company with over 1,000 professionals and a portfolio of successful projects operating across Tier 1-3 markets worldwide.
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our VIP Department and looking for a results-driven VIP Account Manager who knows how to build strong client relationships, increase player engagement, and consistently achieve performance targets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, sales, competition, and working in a KPI-driven environment where results directly impact earnings.
About the Role
As a VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of VIP players, maintaining long-term relationships, increasing player engagement, and driving revenue through effective communication and personalized offers. This position has a strong focus on performance, player activity, and achieving business targets.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP players
- Communicate with clients via phone, messengers, and email
- Increase player activity, deposits, and overall engagement
- Achieve individual KPI and revenue targets
- Develop personalized offers and retention strategies
- Reactivate inactive VIP players
- Monitor client activity and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall player experience
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in CRM systems
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in VIP Management, Retention, Sales, or other customer-facing roles
- Experience in iGaming, Betting, Forex, Crypto, Fintech, or other performance-driven industries will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to influence customer decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- High level of self-motivation and stress resilience
- Fluent Ukrainian and Russian language skills
- English proficiency will be considered an advantage
