About the Role
As a VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value players, building long-term relationships, increasing engagement, and driving revenue through personalized communication and tailored offers.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a KPI-driven environment, and wants their performance to directly impact their income and career growth.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with VIP players
• Communicate with clients via phone calls, messengers, and email
• Increase player activity, deposits, and overall engagement
• Achieve individual KPI and revenue targets
• Develop personalized offers and retention strategies
• Reactivate inactive VIP players
• Monitor player activity and identify growth opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and VIP support
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall player experience
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within CRM systems
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in VIP Management, Retention, Sales, Account Management, or other customer-facing roles
• Experience in iGaming, Betting, Forex, Crypto, Fintech, or other performance-driven industries will be considered a strong advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to influence customer decisions
• Experience communicating with clients via phone calls
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• High level of self-motivation, responsibility, and stress resilience
• Fluent Russian language skills
• English proficiency will be considered an advantage
