Affiliate Partnerships Manager

Media Miami is an independent performance marketing agency focused on building and scaling digital products. Our expertise spans finance, health, self-development, and astrology. As an affiliate publisher, we drive high-quality traffic to advertiser and brand partners through our owned media channels, making affiliate revenue a core part of our business.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Partnerships Manager to own and grow our key advertiser relationships, negotiate commercial terms, optimize affiliate performance, and ensure flawless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with advertisers, affiliate networks, and account managers.
• Coordinate promotions, offer updates, and partner communications.
• Build strong partnerships and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Negotiate CPA rates, commissions, bonuses, and commercial terms.
• Review and renegotiate existing agreements based on performance.
• Manage contracts and renewals.
• Own tracking links, sub-IDs, and campaign parameters.
• Prepare affiliate assets and coordinate campaign launches.
• Maintain organized partner records and documentation.

• Monitor partner performance and improve operational efficiency.

   

Requirements

Must Have

• 2+ years of affiliate/performance marketing experience (publisher side preferred).
• Experience in finance, nutra, astrology, manifestation, or similar verticals.
• Experience negotiating CPA and commission structures.
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking and attribution.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• English proficiency (C1+).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Commercial mindset and willingness to work flexible hours when needed.

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, or similar platforms.
• Existing affiliate marketing network.

• Experience attending industry conferences.
