We run an online training business and are hiring a hands-on Technical Operations Engineer to manage our systems and keep everything running smoothly. This is not a basic IT or VA role. You will own and maintain the core systems that run the business, including our learning platform, website, integrations, payments, and internal tools. You will also improve workflows using AI and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain LearnWorlds (courses, access, bundles, user experience, integrations)

Softoria is a multi-product software company creating solutions in Data as a Service, Big Data, Mobile Apps, and Security Products. We’re looking for a proactive person to source IT projects for acquisition or investment.

The role includes identifying opportunities, reaching out to founders, gathering key information, and building a strong deal pipeline. A mix of technical thinking (automation, scraping, outreach) and strong communication skills is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Source IT projects for potential acquisition or investment
• Set up and optimize parsing/scraping of sources to identify relevant projects and founders’ contacts
• Automate outreach processes (email, LinkedIn, and other channels)
• Identify and contact product owners/founders
• Conduct negotiations and build strong, trust-based relationships
• Collect and validate key information about potential targets
• Perform initial evaluation of core business metrics: revenue, profit, downloads, DAU/MAU
• Analyze investment attractiveness of projects
• Build and manage deal flow pipeline
• Independently learn and adapt to new tools, niches, and monetization models

Requirements:

This is someone who dives deep into analytics, builds strong hypotheses, crafts compelling storytelling, writes clear briefs, and scales the best ideas. What will you do:

• Research the performance advertising market and dig deep into audience pain points, triggers, and motivations
• Build and prioritize creative hypotheses
• Analyze creative performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and build a scalable system of winning patterns
• Use AI tools for analysis, ideation, and visual generation
• Write clear, actionable briefs for designers and elevate production quality
• Work directly with the UA Manager and iterate on creatives quickly

• You have 1+ years of experience as a Creative Marketing Manager in a B2C digital product
• You have hands-on experience creating creatives for Meta
• You're already delivering results and feel you're capable of more than your current role allows
• You're interested not just in "making creatives" but in building a system and owning a direction
• You understand how creatives impact CTR, CPA, ROAS, and know how to analyze it
• You have strong skills in writing, converting scripts, and scroll-stopping hooks
• You understand visual storytelling and composition
• You can write clear technical briefs for designers and production teams
• You know how to craft ideas and messages that stop the scroll and generate high product interest
• You want to grow into leadership and take ownership of results

Would be a plus if you:

• Have experience growing subscription-based products (not just installs or purchases).
• Worked on funnel conversion and product-side CRO together with the product marketing manager.
• Understand ad tracking systems like Pixel and CAPI, and how events flow into your analytics stack.
• Are comfortable testing from scratch — without perfect data, CRM, or ready-made landing pages.

As a Power BI developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and interactive dashboards aligned with business requirements.
• Maintain and optimize data analytics platforms to ensure consistently high query and model performance.
