About the role

We're looking for an SMM specialist who thinks like an automation builder, not just a content poster. You'll design and run AI-agent workflows that handle our social media presence end to end, and you'll own the Avatar AI Studio pipeline that turns property and brand data into ready-to-post video content.

What you'll do

• Build and manage AI-agent workflows that automate social media content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms
• Operate and improve our Avatar AI Studio pipeline — generating avatar-led videos for property capital-raise pages and brand promotion, with minimal manual intervention
• Set up automated promotion of new capital-raise property pages to social channels and to each developer's existing contact list

We're building an AI boxing coach. A fighter films a round on their phone, we tell them what's wrong with their technique, and then we build them a training plan to fix it: specific drills targeting their specific faults. What you'd work on

• Adding form rules. Some are geometry and heuristics on skeleton data, some need small models trained on our labeled clips. Knowing which is which is part of the job.
• Teaching the model defensive movement: slips, rolls, blocks. The current classifier is built around punches thrown from two hands, so head movement probably needs a different approach. Working out what that approach is would be yours.
• Improving the punch classifier over time: more classes, better accuracy.

• Owning the labeling spec. You decide what the labelers annotate and make sure what comes back is usable.

• 2+ years computer vision. Pose estimation or action recognition strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with temporal models over sequence data, not only static image work.

About the Role

We are looking for a Middle+ DevSecOps Engineer to help build and secure modern cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who is passionate about security automation, implementing security best practices, and ensuring infrastructure is secure by default.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
• Implement SAST, DAST, Software Composition Analysis (SCA), container scanning, and secret detection.
• Develop and maintain Policy as Code using Checkov, Tfsec, or OPA/Rego.
• Deploy and harden Kubernetes clusters (EKS and AKS).
• Implement Zero Trust principles through IAM, RBAC, HashiCorp Vault, and Azure Key Vault.
• Monitor cloud security posture using AWS Security Hub and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
• Automate vulnerability management workflows.
• Configure centralized logging and SIEM solutions.
• Develop secure Terraform modules and Helm charts.
• Collaborate closely with Security and Engineering teams.

Client Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong Terraform skills, including building reusable modules.
• Kubernetes (EKS or AKS).
• Experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Checkov, Tfsec, or OPA.
• Python or Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with SOC2, ISO 27001, or CIS Benchmarks.

Nice to Have

• HashiCorp Vault or Azure Key Vault.
• AWS Security Hub or Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
• SIEM implementation experience.
• Golden Image automation.
• Experience in FinTech or other regulated industries.

We are looking for a Google Workspace & GCP Migration Engineer to support projects involving Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) migrations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing cloud migrations while ensuring infrastructure reliability, security, and minimal service disruption.

• Plan and execute Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform migrations.
• Analyze existing environments and prepare migration strategies.

Join our in-house Acquisitions & Affiliate Marketing team for international Curacao-licensed B2C projects with our software solution.

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will:

• Manage effective revenue growth through affiliate channels, ensure solid support and transparent communication with all affiliates & partners;
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance based on standards KPIs such as CR, Inst2Reg, Reg2Dep, Click2Reg, Click2DEP;
• Identify and onboard new affiliates to expand the partner network, negotiate terms, and finalize partnership agreements;
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with affiliates to effectively promote brands;
• Manage the affiliate marketing budget efficiently, maximizing ROI and controlling costs;
• Represent the company at iGaming events, and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Affiliates & online marketing with a strong network of contacts;
• Experience on Tier-1 geos with different sources;
• Solid sales and negotiation skills aimed at tangible results;
• Ability to adapt to new markets quickly, comfortable dealing with fast-paced environments and ambiguity;
• Business proficient English is a must.
