Senior FinTech Consultant / Solution Architect (Temenos)

We are a software development company specializing in the financial services domain. We are currently expanding our expertise in Temenos and are looking for a specialist with hands-on experience working with the platform.

At the initial stage, we are considering a consulting-based cooperation model. In the longer term, this role may grow into technical leadership and ownership of a dedicated Temenos practice within the company.

Responsibilities

• Advise the team on Temenos architecture, capabilities, and best practices;
• Participate in pre-sales and technical discovery sessions;
• Analyze client requirements and propose Temenos-based solutions;
• Help define the technical approach and delivery strategy for potential projects;
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design when required;
• Share Temenos expertise with the internal engineering team;
• Support the development of internal Temenos capabilities and processes.

Must-have requirements

• Hands-on commercial experience with Temenos;
• Strong understanding of the Temenos platform architecture and ecosystem;
• Experience with Temenos implementation, customization, integration, or migration projects;
• Experience in the banking, financial services, or fintech domain;
• Strong communication and client-facing skills;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Temenos Transact (T24), Infinity, Payments, Wealth, or other Temenos products;
• Experience with core banking migrations, modernization initiatives, or digital transformation projects;
• Previous experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Principal Engineer, or Consultant;
• Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or project estimation;
• Experience building or leading engineering teams.
