Unity/Game Developer

We're looking for a developer to help build a real-time 3D experience for the web. You'll work across graphics, gameplay and interactive systems, taking ownership of features from concept to production. This is a long-term opportunity, specifically open to Ukrainian professionals living abroad.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive 3D environments and core gameplay features.
• Build camera, controls and world interaction systems.
• Improve rendering quality and optimize performance.

• Collaborate on technical decisions and help shape the product.

   

Requirements

• Strong understanding of real-time 3D graphics, rendering, lighting, materials and shaders.
• Experience building games or interactive 3D applications.
• Ability to work independently and deliver complete features.

• Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools.

   

Nice to have

• Three.js/WebGL/TypeScript/GLSL.
• Blender or similar 3D software.
• Procedural generation or game development experience.
