Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day engineering operation
• Manage 6 engineering teams
• Project vision and leadership
• Manage hands-on technical escalations
• Manage infrastructure (reliability, uptime etc)
• Interface business teams in London
• Drive quality, efficiency, technical excellence

You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:

• +5 years of experience as Head of Engineering
• Experience in handling a high-complexity SaaS products
• Experience in managing teams with over 20 engineers
• Strong hands-on technical background
• Strong architectural experience
• Started career as a software engineer
• Degree in Computer Science
