• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
• Deep expertise in Google Ads
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
• Experience managing B2B SaaS or lead generation accounts
• Proven experience owning client communication and presenting results to executives
• Fluent, confident English communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with performance data daily
• High ownership mindset — proactive, solution-oriented, and independent
   

Nice to Have

• Background at venture-backed startups or high-performance agencies
• Experience working with the U.S.-based client
• LinkedIn Ads experience or other B2B acquisition channels

Web Flutter Developer (Remote)

We are looking for a Web (Flutter) Developer to join the company's digital team and help support and evolve web platforms. 

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain Flutter Web applications
• Work with Dart, async programming, and RESTful APIs / JSON
• Implement the BLoC pattern and follow MVVM / Clean Architecture principles
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with the team and participate in code reviews

Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of commercial experience with Flutter on web development. Experience with Dart.
• Understanding of asynchronous operations and HTTP requests
• Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Team-oriented mindset
• It would be nice if you have a conversational English level, but it is not mandatory.
