Senior Sales Manager (Programmatic DOOH)

We are a Ukrainian data & programmatic company that helps brands reach the right target audience and communicate with them effectively through programmatic digital advertising, using Big Data from telecom operators, DOOH, YouTube, Meta, and other tools.

We're growing and launching new projects, and we're looking for a Senior Sales Manager (Programmatic DOOH) to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• We are looking for a senior-level professional with the potential and motivation to grow into a Head of Sales / Sales Team Lead role
• 4+ years of experience in sales
• Experience in selling any type of outdoor advertising
• Result-oriented mindset and ability to drive changes
• Understanding of digital advertising and programmatic solutions
• Experience working with direct clients and brands
• Own client portfolio
• Ability to build a systematic approach to sales and team development
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Location: Kyiv (hybrid work format)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a sales strategy in the digital advertising field
• Build effective sales processes and client interaction workflows (from the first contact to contract signing)
• Develop partnerships with key clients, advertisers, and agencies
• Analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports and forecasts Identify new business growth and scaling opportunities
• Sell our dedicated Programmatic DOOH advertising solutions
