Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Team Leader will play a key role in shaping and executing the companyβs recruitment strategy in support of its continued global expansion. This role will cover the following areas:
Recruitment:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality outcomes in line with organizational hiring goals.
- Align hiring plans with business needs and headcount priorities, ensuring clarity, timelines, and sourcing strategies are well defined.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess team performance and drive process improvements.

People Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, promoting continuous learning and high performance.

- Oversee the onboarding of new team members and ensure smooth integration.
Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to introduce best practices and modern sourcing approaches.
- Leverage data and recruitment metrics to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with functional leaders across different teams to define hiring needs and timelines.
- Provide regular and transparent updates on recruitment progress, pipeline health, and market insights.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to business stakeholders, contributing to workforce planning discussions and growth strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage high-performing recruitment teams.
- Strong command of recruitment metrics, KPIs, and strategic talent acquisition practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

β Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related subject. It will be important for you to dive into the product domain.
β Experience as a hands-on architect for at least 2-3 years.
β Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications. Weβre specifically looking for people who are capable of designing an application, pitching a design to a client team, making a case for it, supporting it with needed artifacts (PowerPoint, diagrams, PoCs), and not only working as a lead developer on steroids.
β Excellent with Cloud and Microservices Architecture. Preferably you hold certification in Azure (AWS is fine, but weβll work with Azure)β Still, we expect you to write some code and be hands-on with the products youβre going to work with. So proficiency in C# is important. Additionally, it is important that you bring technical excellence processes to the team and establish code review, quality and testing practices.
β You will need to speak with architects on the client side, so you should not be afraid of preparing powerpoint slides, documents and then presenting them to the client.
β There will be some business trips (mostly around Europe)
β Experience in manufacturing, energy, and industrial domains will be a plus
