    You will act as the central orchestrator of our delivery engine β€” driving cross-team alignment, owning Scrum implementation, elevating delivery predictability, improving execution cadence, and enabling engineering teams to move from dependency-driven to fully self-sufficient.

    This is a high-impact, hands-on role with full ownership and autonomy, covering a critical period of growth and execution for the company.

    You will oversee delivery across:

    • Data Team – 4 people + Team Lead

    You are the delivery owner ensuring alignment, dependency clarity, on-time execution, quality, and roadmap delivery.

    • Own delivery across all internal and external engineering teams
    • Maintain and communicate a clear 90-day delivery plan
    • Monitor blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies
    • Track budgets, vendor performance, and team utilization

    Project Management

    • Manage multiple projects in parallel:
      • SaaS features, integrations, data pipelines, tracking, internal tools, automation, platform modernization

    Scrum Mastery & Process Leadership

    • Lead all core Scrum ceremonies

    Cross-Department Collaboration
