Project Overview

We are building a greenfield platform with real business context. An existing and successful system is currently in production — we use it as a reference for business processes and domain knowledge while designing a new system with modern architecture and clear technical direction.

This is not a legacy rewrite or maintenance project. We are building a new system from the ground up, focused on architecture, scalability, and long-term evolution.

What You'll Do

- Design and implement self-contained backend modules within a modular monolith

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, deployment, and operational excellence of our decentralized network.

You will design and execute verification strategies for low‑level firmware, device drivers, and flight control software,. You will own test design from requirements to automated, hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) regression, ensuring reliability, determinism, and safety across release.

About the Role:

As a Senior C++ Software Engineer on proteanTecs’ core product team, you will own the full software development lifecycle for multi-architecture, cross-platform C++ modules that power on-chip monitoring and data analytics in advanced test systems. You will work in a small, self-sufficient team responsible end-to-end for a customer-facing product, collaborating with software, hardware and science stakeholders. The role combines feature design and implementation with infrastructure ownership, CI/CD automation and direct customer integration. We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to own the growth of outbound services across our target geographies. This is a senior individual contributor role — not a team lead — but one that requires the maturity to guide a Middle SDR, set work direction, and maintain execution discipline across the full outbound channel mix.

You will run the complete outbound motion: building your own lead lists, executing multi-channel campaigns, working events (onsite and virtual), supporting partnership outreach, and proposing sales-led activities for Marketing to amplify. You are expected to bring initiative — new campaign ideas, ICP refinements, messaging observations — not just execute a brief.

You are also responsible for the reporting layer: weekly planning and retro, monthly overview and forward plan. Our ICP spans B2B companies where software engineering, delivery capacity, and technical execution are genuine constraints. Responsibilities

• Building and managing outbound channels (Email + LinkedIn) includes launching from scratch and developing existing campaigns, independently sourcing leads, setting up outreach, and continuously optimizing performance.
