Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team ✨

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing outbound communication (Email, LinkedIn) and converting warm replies into calls and SQLs (potential to lead calls and close deals is under consideration);
• Identifying and researching potential clients using various tools and platforms;
• Researching the market and helping define/refine target customer profiles (ICP);
• Creating, updating, and maintaining a database of potential customers;
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels;
• Leveraging CRM, marketing, and sales tools (e.g. Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedHelper, ClickUp, etc) in daily operations.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as an SDR/lead generation manager or a similar position;
• Knowledge of sales processes and techniques;
• Confident written and spoken English (B2 level or above);
• Ability to work independently or in a team;
• Experience using sales tools and CRM software (HubSpot);
• Experience working with various outbound tools (Clay, LinkedHelper, Apollo etc.);
• Understanding the software development outsourcing industry.
