• Ensure lifecycle communications reflect Sequencing’s brand voice and values while adapting tone for DTC, B2B2C, and healthcare segments.
• Identify lifecycle gaps, drop‑off points, and opportunities to better support customers through their genomic health journey.

• Collaborate with Engineering or Marketing Operations on data, event tracking, and tooling improvements that enable more advanced lifecycle programs.

   

• Requirements:

   

  • 6+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, ideally with a DTC subscription or SaaS focus.
  • Expert‑level understanding of email and lifecycle platforms (e.g., Blueshift, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar tools).
  • Hands‑on experience with Segment or a similar CDP to power advanced segmentation, dynamic content, and event‑driven journeys.
  • Proven track record building and scaling automated lifecycle flows (onboarding, engagement, retention, win‑back, referral) that move core business metrics.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of lifecycle or CRM campaigns showing strong copy and clear impact.
  • Deep familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing across email and CRM channels.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as a daily co‑pilot to brainstorm, draft, refine, and analyze lifecycle work.

About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Manager to take full ownership of our CRM strategy, execution, and performance across the player lifecycle.

In this role, you will drive data-driven, high-impact campaigns across multiple channels, orchestrate complex user journeys, and play a key role in maximizing retention, engagement, and revenue.

You will work at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics, building scalable CRM systems rather than just sending campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CRM promo calendar and campaign planning
• Campaign management: emails layout, materials preparation
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, Web Push, In-app)
• Set up and optimize campaigns in Smartico and Customer.io
• Build, scale, and optimize CRM flows and users’ lifecycle 
• Drive segmentation strategy and personalization logic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage task delivery
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve campaign performance (OR, CTR, deliverability, LTV)
• Establish and maintain reporting frameworks and weekly performance insights
• Ensure CRM activities align with overall business and revenue goals
