AI Product Manager (Team Lead)

We are looking for an AI Product Manager (Team Lead)  to join our team.

Requirements:
- B2B SaaS product experience;
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS products, preferably with complex workflows, integrations, analytics, and enterprise/client-facing functionality;
- 0-to-1 product launch experience;
- Proven experience launching products from scratch: from discovery, market validation, MVP definition, and first pilot clients to product-market fit and scaling;

Team leadership:
- Experience leading a product team or cross-functional team of at least 2+ people, including designers, analysts, developers, or junior product managers;

- iGaming experience:
- Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including player lifecycle, retention, CRM, bonuses/offers, segmentation, compliance, and operational workflows;

- Voice / voice generation experience:
- Hands-on experience with voice-based products, voice generation, conversational AI, call automation, or voice communication products;

Growth experience:
– Experience with growth-focused product work: activation, retention, conversion, monetization, funnel optimization, experimentation, and data-driven product improvements;

CRM / retention experience:
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, retention platforms, sales automation, or customer engagement tools;

- Analytics and experimentation:
Ability to define product metrics, run A/B tests, analyze funnels, and make decisions based on data.

Will be plus:
- AI product experience;
- Experience working with AI products, LLMs, AI agents, personalization, predictive models, or automation tools is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

 - Lead the product team
- Manage and support a team of 2+ Product Owners, helping them with prioritization, product thinking, execution quality, and stakeholder communication.
- Own one product end-to-end
- Take full ownership of one product area: define goals, align them with business objectives, and achieve them together with the team.
- Define product strategy
- Create and maintain the product strategy for future development, including market positioning, roadmap direction, growth opportunities, and long-term product vision.
- Launch the product
- Lead the product from idea and discovery through MVP, pilot clients, launch, and further scaling.
- Drive execution with the team
- Participate in Scrum events, planning, refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and product delivery discussions to ensure clear priorities and predictable execution.
- Work with stakeholders
- Collaborate with business, tech, project, design, analytics, sales, marketing, and client-facing teams to align product direction and remove blockers.
- Set and track product goals
- Define product success metrics, track progress, analyze results, and adjust priorities based on data, client feedback, and business impact.
