Your daily tasks will be closely entangled with choosing games and their placement on the site of our brands. Your tasks will involve marker research to find games that suit players' tastes.

• You are going to be responsible for the development of the strategy for launching games and posting them on the websites of the company’s projects
• You’ll have to develop quality communication with the platform to stay informed about new releases and promos
• You’ll have to add new games to projects: work with the back office

About the role

EducateMe is an LMS built for US-based companies that take employee training seriously. Our customers use EducateMe to onboard new hires, upskill teams, and run compliance programs — but getting them to do all of that well requires more than a good product. It requires someone who can sit alongside them, understand their training goals, and help them build something that actually works.

That's this role. You'll own the post-sale customer relationship end-to-end — from onboarding SQL accounts to running ongoing check-ins, creating enablement content, and keeping customers educated enough to get real value from the platform. 
 

What you'll do:
 

• Own onboarding for new customers — run discovery calls to understand their use case, build tailored onboarding plans, and get them to first value fast
• Manage ongoing customer relationships — run regular check-ins, track adoption and engagement, spot churn risks early, and run upsell/expansion conversations

Work Location: Poland (Krakow), Slovakia (Kosice) or Czechia (Prague). 

Hybrid: 2+ days per week in the office, the rest remote.

The Mission

We are building a complex, real-time ecosystem for micromobility and logistics systems sim—where split-second logistics meet seamless user experiences. We need a Senior Backend (Python) Engineer powerhouse to lead the development of our Customer Mobile Web App and our high-utility Internal Admin Panels.

You’ll be the bridge between the sleek, high-performance interface our users see and the robust, scalable Python services that power the logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile-First Frontend: Architect and scale our React-based mobile web application, ensuring 60fps performance and offline-first capabilities.
• Operational Control Centers: Build dense, data-heavy Admin Panels that allow our operations team to monitor real-time logistics, manage users, and handle complex dispatching.
• Scalable Backend: Design and maintain performant APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django) to handle high-concurrency event streams.

• End-to-End Ownership: From database schema design to CSS transitions, you’ll own the entire feature lifecycle.

Requirements & Skills - 

• Proven experience in Python and backend development using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Strong understanding of geospatial data structures (GeoJSON, latitude/longitude).
• Understand principles of cloud native development
• Usage of docker for development environment
• Familiar with Kubernetes (application lifecycle and environment)
• Familiar with Helm charts (their maintenance and usage)
• Familiar with ArgoCD, Grafana, Github
• Nice to have - familiarity with helmfile

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of commercial experience with React Native (Expo)
• Advanced proficiency in React Native Expo.
• Expert-level TypeScript experience with advanced types and strict configurations;
• Deep knowledge of React 18+ fundamentals: hooks, context, memoization, rendering performance.
• Strong knowledge of state management tools (Redux, MobX, Zustand, etc.);
• Experience building map-based UI: react-native-maps / MapView, markers, polylines/routes, camera control, clustering.
• Strong UI implementation skills: different screen sizes, accessibility basics.
• Hands-on experience with GPS / background location tracking
• Expertise in navigation: React Navigation (deep linking, nested navigators, modal flows).
• API integration: REST/GraphQL consumption, request caching, pagination, retries, error handling.
• Handling auth flows (JWT/OAuth), token refresh, secure storage patterns (Keychain/Keystore concepts).

About the Role

We develop configuration, commissioning, and diagnostic software for power meters, power quality analyzers, and energy monitoring systems deployed in industrial facilities, power plants, data centers, and critical infrastructure worldwide.

The software communicates directly with physical devices over industrial communication protocols and is used for configuration, monitoring, firmware management, diagnostics, and data analysis.

Quality in this domain matters: defects can lead to incorrect energy measurements, missed fault events, communication failures, regulatory non-compliance, and costly field issues.

We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer to own quality across desktop applications, communication layers, and integration with real hardware devices.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute manual and automated test plans for desktop configuration software communicating with physical power measurement devices
