The future of Web3 starts with you:

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Web3 / crypto – worked on crypto projects or inside crypto companies, not adjacent to them.
• Able to communicate inside the industry: accurate terminology with founders, exchanges and infrastructure teams; understands how deals in this market are structured.
• 2+ years in business development / sales with self-sourced pipeline: cold outreach, first contact, qualification, discovery calls.
• Proven ability to move a prospect from first call to a committed, warm opportunity: discovery, objection handling, next-step discipline, follow-up until a decision.
• Closing experience on mid-size tickets – candidate must be able to name deal sizes, cycle length and their own role in each. Closing is not the daily core of the role, but the hire must be able to take a deal to signature.
• Fluent spoken English (C1+), verified in a live call.
• Ukrainian – native (preferred).
• Hands-on work in any CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Salesforce or equivalent): pipeline hygiene, stage discipline, logging every touch.
• Cold outreach at volume: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Telegram, email sequencing.
• Ability to work across multiple projects/products in parallel and enter unfamiliar verticals quickly – research a new field, build a message that holds up, start contacting.
• High-volume orientation: comfortable spending most of the day in conversation, calls and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Source own pipeline through cold outreach across LinkedIn, Telegram, X/Twitter, email and niche industry platforms.
• Build and maintain target lists and segmentation for assigned directions.
• Run first contact, qualification and discovery calls.
• Convert cold contacts into warm, qualified opportunities and hand them over with full context.
• Keep warm opportunities moving: follow-ups, next steps, objection handling – the deal does not stall in this role's hands.
• Close mid-size deals independently as the scope expands into the full cycle.
• Maintain the CRM: every contact, stage, next step and outcome logged.
• Test and iterate messaging and channels per segment; report what converts.
• Ramp into new products, networks and verticals as assigned, including unfamiliar fields.
• Weekly reporting on outreach volume, calls held, warm opportunities and pipeline movement.

Fully Remote · SaaS · Cloud

TopTechPhoto is a product company building a suite of SaaS tools used by teams around the world. Our products span digital asset management (Pics.io), product information management (Toriut.com), and an AI-powered knowledge hub (Provenyx.ai). Across all three, we process large volumes of data, power complex workflows, and ship to thousands of users daily.

We ship fast, test rigorously, and invest heavily in automation, reliability, and smooth engineering processes.

What We Build

Our ecosystem spans three products and a shared platform underneath them:

• Pics.io — a React-based DAM web app with mobile clients and integrations for Adobe, Google Workspace, Shopify, Zoho, WordPress, and more
• Toriut.com — a PIM platform handling complex product data structures, bulk operations, and catalog workflows
• A Node.js backend powering public APIs across all products
• MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and cloud-native services on AWS & GCP
• A CI/CD pipeline that deploys multiple times per day
• A growing suite of internal tools, automations, and AI-assisted workflows supporting quality and releases

What You'll Work On

As a QA Engineer, you'll ensure that users receive updates frequently, safely, and without regressions. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the entire development lifecycle — and you'll actively use AI tools to work smarter, not just harder.

Examples of challenges you'll tackle:

• Exploring web and mobile-adapted UI flows to identify issues before they reach users
• Writing, maintaining, and organising test cases in QASE
• Planning and coordinating releases across multiple teams
• Automating test scenarios using Playwright in TypeScript/JavaScript
• Validating API behaviour, client–server interactions, networking, and performance using Postman or Swagger
• Stress-testing complex media workflows — uploading, previewing, transcoding, streaming
• Ensuring Pics.io behaves consistently across browsers, devices, and environments
• Leveraging AI-assisted tools to generate test cases, analyse failure patterns, accelerate coverage, and reduce repetitive manual work

Who You Are

You're a QA Engineer who enjoys exploring systems, finding edge cases, and ensuring products behave predictably for thousands of users. You think in risk, coverage, and user impact — and you're comfortable using AI as a genuine productivity multiplier, not just a buzzword.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience testing web applications
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum
• Hands-on experience writing automated tests in TypeScript or JavaScript using modern frameworks — Playwright, Cypress, or similar
• Experience writing structured test documentation: checklists, test cases, bug reports
• Working knowledge of REST APIs; hands-on with Postman and/or Swagger
• Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools — Jira, QASE, or equivalent
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams alongside developers and product managers
• Strong analytical thinking and sharp attention to detail
• Understanding of how modern web apps work — AJAX, HTTP, CDN, caching, HTML/CSS

Nice to have

• Practical experience using AI tools to streamline QA — test generation, failure triage, exploratory assistance, or pipeline automation
• Experience with mobile app testing (iOS / Android)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar
• Experience in release management
• Background in security, performance testing, or media/video streaming environments

Curiosity, independence, and attention to detail matter more than ticking every box.

How We Work

We are a senior-leaning distributed team that values high-quality and frequent releases, clear communication, and reliable processes. You'll have autonomy in organising your work, freedom to propose improvements, and full access to the product, dev and ops teams. We support continuous learning through paid tools, courses, conferences, and books — including AI tooling your role benefits from. Remote work is fully supported; your location doesn't matter as long as communication is smooth and consistent.

Test Challenge

To proceed to the interview stage, please complete a practical assignment. Register at Pics.io, explore the product, and complete both parts below.

Part 1 — Testing Plan

Choose any feature in Pics.io that genuinely interests you — we recommend starting with the video player or saved searches, but the choice is yours.

Write a testing plan for your chosen feature. We want to see your approach, structure, and how you think about quality across multiple dimensions — not exhaustive step-by-step descriptions.

Your plan should address:

• What you're testing and why you chose it
• Which testing aspects you're covering and how — for example: functional behaviour, UI and UX, API and networking, performance, security, edge cases, and cross-browser or cross-device consistency
• Core scenarios vs. secondary ones, and how you prioritise
• Which areas are worth automating and why
• Tools you'd use — including any AI tools that fit naturally
• Metrics and benchmarks you'd track
• How you'd communicate results and findings to the team

Use any format you like: Google Docs, QASE, TestRail, Notion, and so on.

Note: Avoid features that require testing auth flows or team management — those areas are protected on the backend and won't behave normally under automation or manual probing.

Part 2 — Playwright Automation

Automate a meaningful subset of what you planned in Part 1 — ideally the same feature, so we can see how your thinking translates into code.

What we expect:

• A real GitHub repository with your tests committed and pushed — not a zip file or a Gist
• Tests written in TypeScript, using Playwright
• A README.md that explains what you chose to test, why, and how to run the suite locally
• At least one AI tool used somewhere in the process — test generation, code review, selector strategy, whatever felt natural. Briefly mention in the README which tool you used and where it helped

Reviewing the Test Challenge:

We're not counting test cases. We want to see how you structure a suite, how you handle selectors and assertions, how readable your code is, and whether you made a deliberate choice about what's actually worth automating. A small, well-reasoned set of tests beats a large, flimsy one.

There are no deadlines or time limits. Send us links to both your testing plan and your GitHub repository when you're ready.

A note before you answer Qualifying Questions (Контрольні запитання):
We're looking to get to know you as a person, not review a polished AI-generated response. These questions have no right answers — we're genuinely curious how you think. Candidates who answer in their own voice, even imperfectly, will always stand out over those who delegate their personality to a language model. We'll notice the difference.

About us. Web Scribble builds career center and job board software for professional
associations and universities. 20 years, 350+ career centers, US market.

The job. Own paid acquisition end to end: Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn. The main goal is
demo requests from associations, colleges, and employers.  Our ads underperform there today and you take them over.

Why this is not a normal PPC job

• Three platforms means constant testing, and Meta and LinkedIn also need a stream of
creatives. That is agency-level work for one person. It is only possible if you work with
AI heavily: Claude Code every day, agents that pull the data, build the reports, draft and
  iterate the creatives.

• Tracking is technical. The algorithms are only as good as the data you send back: custom
conversion events with properties, server-side where needed, and a "sales qualified" signal
returned to Google, Meta and LinkedIn days after the click. "Add the pixel in GTM and hope"
  does not work here.

• Analytics is PostHog, not GA4. You trace ad click → form → qualified lead yourself.

• There is no obvious keyword niche. You find what works by iterating fast - many small
  tests, not a quarterly plan.

You

• 3+ years running B2B paid campaigns with your own hands: Google Ads plus Meta or LinkedIn.
• You work in Claude Code daily.
• Pixels, conversion APIs, GTM, UTMs, offline conversion imports — set up and debugged by you.
• English good enough to write ads for US executives.

Terms

Remote. Full-time contract. Overlap with US Eastern working hours. Competitive pay.

How we hire

1. Apply
2. Test task — about one hour: a tracking audit of our public site, with a 3-minute screen
recording of you running your work in Claude Code.
3. One call with the team, then an offer.

ScrumLaunch is a software development company supporting fast-growing US startups across various industries, with locations in Los Angeles, CA, and Portland, OR. We partner with startups by embedding product and engineering teams directly into their core operations.

For this role, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own consumer-facing mobile and scheduling products from concept through launch and iteration. This role is ideal for a PM who has built B2C products used by real consumers on a daily basis, has deep familiarity with booking/scheduling/availability logic, and knows how to design transactional flows (booking, payment, cancellation, membership) that feel effortless even when the underlying business rules are complex.

You will be responsible for defining the end-to-end member/user experience across mobile and web surfaces, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ship features that drive engagement, retention, and conversion. This includes designing booking and scheduling logic, membership/eligibility rules, multi-location or multi-tenant product behavior, and notification/lifecycle flows. You will also be expected to identify where AI agents and automation can meaningfully improve the consumer experience — from personalized recommendations to proactive, agent-driven suggestions — while keeping the product simple and trustworthy for end users.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a PM who thinks in terms of user journeys and funnels as much as backlogs, and who is comfortable managing the operational complexity that comes with real-time availability, payments, and multi-party bookings.

Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record of building and scaling B2C products used directly by consumers.
• Proven experience owning mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) from requirements through release, including app-store considerations, mobile-specific UX constraints, and cross-platform prioritization.
• Direct experience with scheduling, booking, appointment, calendar, or resource-availability systems — including handling double-booking prevention, real-time availability, cancellation/refund policy logic, and multi-party transactions.
• Experience designing and documenting complex consumer transactional workflows (e.g., booking + payment + split payment, membership eligibility, multi-step checkout).
• AI Agent orchestration experience — practical experience scoping, designing, or delivering AI-agent-driven features such as personalized recommendations, proactive notifications, conversational assistants, or automated matching/suggestion engines.
• Strong product analytics skills: comfortable defining KPIs, working with funnels/cohort data, and using data to prioritize the roadmap.
• Experience managing products with multi-location, multi-tenant, or multi-market complexity (e.g., different pricing, policies, or configurations per location).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Engineering, Design, QA, and Marketing/Growth.
• Strong documentation skills: PRDs, user journeys, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for consumer-facing features.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments, including backlog prioritization and release planning.

Nice to Have / Would Be a Plus

• Experience with membership, subscription, or loyalty program products (tiered pricing, lifecycle automation, points/rewards).
• Experience with CRM or lifecycle marketing automation (segmentation, triggered campaigns, churn/win-back flows).
• Experience migrating consumer users off a third-party booking/scheduling vendor onto an owned platform.
• Familiarity with payment processing integrations (e.g., Stripe or equivalent), including split payments and refund logic.
• Experience with social or community features layered on top of a transactional product (e.g., matchmaking, groups, activity feeds).

• Background in hospitality, fitness, wellness, sports, or other appointment-driven consumer verticals.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

• Thinks like a consumer first — obsessive about reducing friction in booking, payment, and everyday usage flows.
• Comfortable translating messy, real-world operational rules (cancellation windows, eligibility, multi-location pricing) into clean, scalable product logic.
• Data-driven: uses analytics and user behavior to prioritize, not just stakeholder opinion.
• Strong at balancing near-term feature delivery with long-term platform scalability (e.g., supporting new locations/markets without re-architecture).
• Pragmatic about where AI adds real consumer value versus where it adds complexity without benefit.
• Effective at aligning Engineering, Design, and Growth around a shared view of the user journey.
• Comfortable owning ambiguity in fast-moving, growth-oriented environments.

• Detail-oriented about edge cases — the PM who catches the double-booking, the abandoned-cart, or the mid-cycle proration case before it ships.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for consumer-facing mobile and web product experiences.
• Define and document booking/scheduling logic, including availability rules, eligibility, cancellation/refund policy, and multi-party or split transactions.
• Translate business and operational rules into clear PRDs, user journeys, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture on technical feasibility for real-time availability, payments, and multi-location/multi-tenant logic.
• Scope and define AI-agent-driven features (e.g., personalized recommendations, proactive suggestions, automated matching) with clear success criteria and guardrails.
• Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, refinement, and release planning for the consumer product.
• Define and track product KPIs (conversion, retention, engagement, booking completion rate) and translate insights into roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with Design on user flows, wireframes, and usability validation for mobile-first experiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Design, Growth/Marketing) through discovery, build, and launch.
• Own membership, loyalty, or lifecycle feature definition where applicable, including automation of renewal/upgrade/downgrade flows.
• Identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and blockers across mobile, backend, and third-party integration workstreams.
• Facilitate product demos, stakeholder reviews, and go-to-market readiness checkpoints.
• Maintain roadmap documentation, decision logs, and product performance reporting.

• Continuously iterate on the product based on usage data, user feedback, and market/competitive analysis.

Tools

• Jira, Linear, or similar project management platforms
• Notion, Confluence, or similar documentation tools
• Figma
• Slack
• GitHub, Cursor, and agentic development tooling
• Product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent)

• Payment and scheduling infrastructure familiarity (e.g., Stripe, calendar/availability engines)

Cooperation terms

• B2B cooperation under a Consulting Agreement
• 12 days of Paid Time Off per year
• 5 days of Medical Time Off per year
• 3 paid holidays per year
• Psychologist Consultations for mental well-being
• Professional Development Budget — courses and conferences
• English lessons

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to own the operational engine behind our sales and revenue motion — CRM, pipeline, reporting, proposals, contracts, and warm-signal automation.

This is an ownership role, not a support role. You’ll diagnose problems, build solutions, and keep leadership informed at the decision level. If you thrive working independently and want real ownership over a revenue ops function — this is it.

What You’ll Own

• CRM & Data Integrity — Keep HubSpot clean, accurate, and automation-ready (95%+ field compliance)
• Pipeline Management — Maintain deal-stage accuracy, spot stalled deals, build automation that reduces manual updates
• Proposals & Contracts — Draft, review, and send proposals via PandaDoc within 1 business day of request
• Deal Setup & Billing — Set up billing portals, maintain the HubSpot product library, coordinate with Finance
• Reporting & Forecasting — Weekly/monthly pipeline and performance reports; forecast within ±15% of actuals
• Pre-Call Automation — Ensure accounts are classified and enriched before discovery/demo calls
• Warm-Signal Routing — Capture inbound signals, route to the right owner, report on conversion
• Process & Tools — Document SOPs, improve workflows, support tool adoption across the sales team

Tools You’ll Work With

HubSpot · PandaDoc · ClickUp · Google Workspace · AI notetakers · (LinkedIn/email outbound tools a plus)

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in sales or revenue operations — owning a function, not just maintaining it
• Strong hands-on HubSpot experience (pipelines, automation, reporting)
• Proven track record building processes from scratch and documenting them
• Analytical mindset — you bring data-driven recommendations without being asked
• Excellent English (written and verbal)
• Self-directed: you manage your own deadlines and escalate judgment calls, not routine tasks

Nice to have: experience with LinkedIn or email outbound tools (HeyReach or similar)

Engagement & Compensation

• 📍 Remote, Ukraine preferred
• 🕐 Part-time or full-time · 11:00–19:00 Kyiv Time
• 📄 Independent contractor · Impactable LLC (US entity)
• 💰 $2,500–$3,500/month gross (~$30,000–$42,000/year)

Selection Process

1. HR screen (1 hour) — competencies, values, English, video call
2. Skills interview with the Strategic Partnerships Advisor (1 hour)
3. CEO meeting (30 min)
4. Practical work-sample exercises throughout

About the company

Our partner is a US-based product company that builds software for visualizing and managing specialized leave/vacation types. Their solution is used internally by teams at companies like IBM, Adobe, Meta, Google, and others.

The team currently has one DevOps engineer, and the company is growing the function — we’re hiring a second specialist to join a well-established setup.

Engineering here runs at a steady, predictable pace: no fires, no chaotic incidents, clear processes, and NO on-call rotation.

Main Responsibilities

– Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and cost-effective AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), ensuring solutions align with best practices for security, performance, and availability
– Develop, maintain, and continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) to automate build, test, and deployment processes
– Set up monitoring and alerting (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog) to track application and infrastructure performance; analyze metrics to fine-tune systems; troubleshoot production issues to maintain high availability
– Implement and manage security measures — IAM policies, encryption, VPC configuration, and access controls — and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001) through regular audits and vulnerability scans
– Monitor applications and infrastructure for security incidents, and respond promptly to contain, remediate, and document threats
– Work closely with software engineers to integrate security best practices into the SDLC, and stay current on emerging threats and trends
– Design and implement disaster recovery and high-availability strategies; regularly test and update these plans
– Perform routine system audits and proactive maintenance (patching, capacity planning, dependency upgrades) to prevent outages
– Collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, product, and design teams

Who we are

Vista Auction is an online auction for returned and overstock goods. Items go up for auction in our mobile app, people bid, and winners pick up at our warehouses near Charlotte, North Carolina.

We serve more than 55,000 customers a month, sell over 25,000 items a day, and take more than 7 million bids a month. And we're just getting started!

We run our own warehouses and build our own technology, so everything a customer experiences, from the first bid to the pickup counter, is ours to make better.

The Platform Team

The Platform Team is a group of engineers and product people across the US and Europe that owns the whole Vista Auction platform: the mobile app and website, the auction engine, the warehouse and pickup systems, and the internal tools and AI agents. It is led by our Head of Engineering, who works directly with the founder. An idea can ship and be measured in days.

You will join the team as a product designer, reporting to the Head of Engineering and owning product design across the platform. You set direction with the Head of Engineering and the founder, and you bring the voice of the customer into every product decision.

What You'll Do

• Own design for the mobile app and web app. Discovery, flows, prototypes and final specs for how bidding, winning, paying and pickup work.
• Bring ideas for how auctions should work. Lot pages, bidding mechanics, notifications, scheduling and store credit are all open. Propose changes that move bids, repeat customers and pickup speed.
• Be the voice of the customer. Run usability tests, study behavior in the data, and turn it into journey maps and clear recommendations.
• Work with engineers from the first sketch. Shape requirements, keep designs buildable, and review what ships against what you designed.
• Test and iterate. With tens of thousands of sales a day, a change shows up in the numbers within a week.
• Own the design system. A shared component library for iOS, Android and web that meets WCAG.
• Present your work. Explain design decisions to engineering and leadership, and change them when the evidence says to.

What You'll Bring

Must have:

• A portfolio of end-to-end case studies on shipped products. This is the main thing we screen on.
• 2 to 5 years of product design experience (P2), or 5+ years owning a product area (P3), on consumer mobile and web.
• Figma (or functional equivalent) proficiency.
• Hands-on user research: interviews and usability tests you ran yourself.
• Design system and accessibility (WCAG) experience.
• You write your own briefs and specs and work directly with engineers.

• Fluency with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.

Nice to have:

• Marketplace, e-commerce or auction products.
• Maze or UserTesting; Amplitude, Mixpanel or FullStory.
• Basic HTML/CSS or React, enough to prototype in code.
• Designing AI-assisted features.
• A degree in design or HCI, or equivalent experience.

What we offer

• The whole product is yours to shape. You own how Vista Auction looks and works, end to end, with no committee in the way.
• Real customers, real numbers, fast. More than 25,000 sales a day. Every change you ship is measured within a week, and you have direct access to the data.
• Growth with the team.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR) to join our team and lead recruitment for HR roles. In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional HR professionals who will help shape and grow our team.

N-iX is a software engineering company with around 2,400 engineers. We were founded in Lviv in 2002, we are headquartered in Malta, and we work with clients across the US, the UK, and the DACH region. We help enterprise technology leaders build and modernize software, data, cloud, and embedded systems, and we position ourselves as a Pragmatic AI Software Engineering partner.

Our go-to-market is inbound-led. Most of our new business starts on our website, and our business development team is small. That means marketing data is not a reporting exercise for us. It is how the company decides where to invest.

Why this role exists

We need one person who owns the numbers behind marketing and turns them into decisions. You will connect website behavior, channel performance, and pipeline outcomes into a single view, explain what is driving change, and recommend what we should do next.

You will work directly with the CMO and present to the N-iX leadership team. The work you produce will shape budget allocation, channel strategy, and the annual marketing plan. You will partner with paid search, organic search and content, ABM and events, and brand and PR leads in the marketing team to set targets and measure results. You will also collaborate with  Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Delivery to align on pipeline definitions and shared metrics

What you will do:

Pipeline and performance analytics

• Own marketing pipeline reporting from first visit to qualified opportunity and closed revenue.
• Analyze performance by channel, campaign, content asset, region, and persona, and identify which activities produce qualified pipeline from our ICP (CTO, CIO, and VP Engineering buyers at companies with 500+ employees).
• Separate pipeline volume from pipeline quality, and track conversion and velocity at each funnel stage.
• Build and maintain the weekly qualified pipeline view used in leadership meetings, with written commentary that explains the movement, not only the figures.
• Run quarterly reviews of channel mix and spend efficiency, and propose where to shift budget.

Web and digital analytics

• Treat the website as our primary revenue channel. Measure and improve how visitors move from landing page to conversion.
• Act as the team's GA4 expert, and keep website tracking accurate as the site and campaigns change.
• Track paid search, organic search, ABM, events, and social performance in a consistent framework so the team can compare channels fairly.
• Design and analyze experiments on pages, forms, and campaigns, and report results with clear confidence levels.

Modeling and forecasting

• Use statistical methods such as segmentation, regression, and predictive modeling to find patterns in large marketing and sales datasets.
• Build pipeline and lead volume forecasts using coverage ratios and cohort-based methods to support quarterly planning.
• Develop and maintain an attribution approach that fits a long, multi-touch B2B buying cycle. Explain the trade-offs between models, such as first-touch and last-touch, so stakeholders understand what the numbers can and cannot tell them.

KPI governance and data quality

• Own the reporting data model that joins CRM, web analytics, and ad platform data in our warehouse.
• Build data quality checks and reconciliation steps that catch anomalies before they reach a dashboard.
• When data is wrong, find the cause at the source and fix it with the system owner, rather than patching the report.
• Work with data engineering, sales operations, and IT to keep tracking, CRM data, and reporting accurate and current.

Storytelling and leadership reporting

• Explain why performance changed, in plain language, for executives, marketers, and sales leaders.
• Build dashboards and visuals that make trends easy to read at a glance.
• Frame every insight against company goals: what it means, what the risk or opportunity is, and what you recommend.

Automation, AI, and self-service

• Use AI tools such as Claude as a default part of how you query, model, analyze, and document, not as an occasional experiment.
• Automate recurring reports so your time goes to analysis, not assembly.
• Build self-service reporting so the marketing team can answer routine performance questions without a custom request.

What you bring

Required:

• 5+ years in professional analytics, including 3+ years in marketing or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS, technology services, or IT consulting company.
• English level - Upper Intermediate or higher
• Proven track record of presenting insights through storytelling to senior leaders and driving decision-making changes.
• Strong SQL and working proficiency in Python or R, with applied statistics experience such as predictive modeling or causal inference.
• Advanced GA4 experience, plus hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) and paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Working knowledge of the CRM object model (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, campaigns) and how funnel metrics map onto it.
• Fluency in B2B funnel metrics such as MQL to Target Opportunity conversion, pipeline velocity, and ACV, and an understanding of why each one matters.
• Experience building dashboards in a BI tool (Power BI, Looker, Looker Studio, or similar).
• Daily use of AI tools in analytical work, with sound judgment about when to trust and when to check the output.
• Experience with B2B funnels with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders on the buying side.
• A degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, or Data Science.

Nice to have:

• Experience with incrementality testing in B2B, such as holdout or lift tests on paid search and LinkedIn, and an understanding of where methods like media mix modeling do and do not apply at lower data volumes.
• Experience building dimensional data models (star or snowflake schemas) in a cloud data warehouse such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Python for automation and data quality scripts.
• Experience with intent data, sales engagement, or conversation intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Ads, Google Search Console) and behavior analytics (Microsoft Clarity or similar)
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and how data gets distorted at the point of capture

We offer*:

• Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible
• A competitive salary and good compensation package
• Personalized career growth
• Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)
• Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing
• Education reimbursement
• Memorable anniversary presents
• Corporate events and team buildings
• Other location-specific benefits

*not applicable for freelancers
