About us. Web Scribble builds career center and job board software for professional
associations and universities. 20 years, 350+ career centers, US market.

The job. Own paid acquisition end to end: Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn. The main goal is
demo requests from associations, colleges, and employers.  Our ads underperform there today and you take them over.

Why this is not a normal PPC job

• Three platforms means constant testing, and Meta and LinkedIn also need a stream of
  creatives. That is agency-level work for one person. It is only possible if you work with
  AI heavily: Claude Code every day, agents that pull the data, build the reports, draft and
  iterate the creatives. 
   
• Tracking is technical. The algorithms are only as good as the data you send back: custom
  conversion events with properties, server-side where needed, and a "sales qualified" signal
  returned to Google, Meta and LinkedIn days after the click. "Add the pixel in GTM and hope"
  does not work here.
   
• Analytics is PostHog, not GA4. You trace ad click → form → qualified lead yourself.
   
• There is no obvious keyword niche. You find what works by iterating fast - many small
  tests, not a quarterly plan.

You

• 3+ years running B2B paid campaigns with your own hands: Google Ads plus Meta or LinkedIn.
• You work in Claude Code daily. 
• Pixels, conversion APIs, GTM, UTMs, offline conversion imports — set up and debugged by you.
• English good enough to write ads for US executives.
   

Terms

Remote. Full-time contract. Overlap with US Eastern working hours. Competitive pay.
