πΌ Role Overview:
To build and grow our presence in the U.S. B2B market. You'll take full ownership of sales development β from identifying the right clients to building relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring satisfaction beyond the sale. You will work closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. Your results will have a direct impact on the companyβs success and brand reputation in the U.S.

π‘ Requirements & Qualifications:
πΈ2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the U.S. market.
πΈExperience with interior products, furniture, textiles, or building materials is a strong plus.
πΈExperience with physical products is a must
πΈConfident English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher) β able to handle negotiations, written communication, and presentations without a language barrier.
πΈStrong skills in cold and warm outreach β able to identify the right decision-makers, approach them effectively, spark interest, and convert leads into deals.
πΈConfident negotiator with persistence β capable of handling objections and closing deals through a solution-oriented approach.
πΈAdvanced CRM skills, with hands-on experience managing pipelines, tracking deal progress, and working with key performance indicators (KPIs, conversion rates, average deal size, etc.).
πΈSolid understanding of the U.S. B2B landscape: sales cycles, common client needs, pricing sensitivity, legal considerations, and logistical specifics.
πΈAbility to work independently, make decisions, and build the sales process from the ground up.
πΈBusiness mindset focused on creating long-term value rather than chasing short-term wins.
π― Responsibilities:
πΉProactively identify and attract new B2B clients in the U.S. market, including hotels, hospitality chains, design studios, furniture distributors, architectural firms, and others.
πΉManage the full B2B sales cycle β from initial outreach to deal closure and post-sale account support.
πΉPrepare and lead negotiations, online presentations, commercial proposals, and pricing calculations.
πΉBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, identifying new needs and opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
πΉManage client records and sales pipelines in the CRM system; monitor deal stages and regularly report on key performance indicators.
πΉAnalyze the market, competitors, and customer segments to provide insights and recommendations on product strategy, packaging, and commercial positioning.
πΉCollaborate closely with the marketing, logistics, and product teams to deliver on client requests and enhance the overall customer experience.
πΉContribute to the development and execution of the U.S. go-to-market strategy in the B2B segment.
πΉSupport contract preparation, tenders, and negotiation of custom terms and delivery conditions.
πΉRepresent the company at international trade shows, industry events, and virtual workshops.
