AI Solutions Manager

Now, we're looking for a hands-on AI Transformation Manager who will take ownership of AI adoption across the company and directly impact how our teams work, deliver, and grow.

For a perfect match, we expect 🎯

• 1+ year of experience working with AI tools in a professional context
• Deep, confident command of at least one LLM - Claude is a strong advantage, as it's the core of our infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation: Make, Zapier, n8n
• Basic understanding of APIs and prompt engineering
• Ability to analyze existing processes and design improved workflows (SOP-building experience is a plus)
• Strong hypothesis-driven mindset: spot inefficiency → propose AI solution → test → measure → scale
• Understanding of how Dev, Sales, and HR teams operate in an IT environment

• English level: B2+ (working with documentation, tools, and vendors)

• Technical background or experience in software development
• Experience with BI or productivity tools (Notion AI, Airtable, etc.)
• Track record of successfully implementing AI or automation initiatives
• Active follower of AI trends — you try new tools before anyone asks you to

Duties & Responsibilities 💼

• Auditing current internal processes and identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvement
• Introducing and implementing AI tools into day-to-day workflows across departments
• Working closely with the CTO and CEO on strategic AI initiatives:
  • researching and evaluating new tools and solutions
  • building and documenting implementation cases
  • transferring knowledge and best practices to teams
• Launching internal pilot projects, measuring results, and scaling what works
• Training and supporting team members in adopting new AI-powered workflows
• Staying on top of the AI landscape and proactively proposing improvements
