This is a full-time opportunity for a hands-on engineer who can take ownership of cloud data platforms and backend systems, working with high-volume IoT data and real-time analytics in production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Own and operate the cloud-based backend and data platform supporting large-scale IoT deployments

• Solid experience with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL), including schema design, migrations, indexing, and scaling strategies
• Proven experience building and maintaining data pipelines, particularly for IoT or time-series data
• Hands-on experience with Python (Node.js is a plus)
• Experience designing and consuming APIs in distributed or microservices-based systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Good understanding of cloud security, IAM, and best practices for production systems

• Production agent experience — You have built AI agents that are currently running in production for real companies. You can point to systems you built that people use every day.
• Python proficiency — Strong programming skills with Python as your primary language. You ship clean, maintainable production code.
• LLM fluency — Deep working knowledge of prompt engineering, context window management, and model selection. You know when to use a smaller model vs. a frontier model and why.
• Enterprise integration experience — You have connected agents to real business systems: ERPs (Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP), CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero), or comparable enterprise APIs.
• Evaluation and monitoring in production — You have built observability into agents. You know how to log agent decisions, track accuracy and cost, and build feedback loops that improve agent performance over time.
• Multi-agent orchestration — You have designed or built systems where multiple specialized agents coordinate, hand off tasks, and share state to accomplish complex workflows.

• Portfolio / case study — You must be able to walk us through at least one agent system you built that is live and being used by a real company. We want to understand the business problem, your architecture decisions, and how it is performing.

Your Mission

Build, sign, and grow a high-performing partner ecosystem that consistently hands over well-qualified demand for our market making solution - then enable those partners to turn referrals into revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Source & evaluate partners: Identify, prioritise, and outreach to firms that work directly with token teams and exchanges; own the pipeline from targeting → first call → signed agreement.
• Negotiate & sign referrals: Draft clear rev-share terms, lead-routing rules, data capture, and lightweight co-marketing obligations; close agreements fast.
• Enable & activate: Deliver a crisp partner kit (one-pager, case clips, ROI talking points) and stand up frictionless lead hand-off into HubSpot/PRM.
• Drive partner activity: Orchestrate “rounding” — regular partner check-ins, enablement sessions, and joint campaigns (webinars, AMAs, founder intros) to keep referrals flowing.
• Report & improve: Maintain spotless PRM/CRM hygiene, forecast partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and loop market feedback to product & marketing.

• Fluent in structuring rev-share deals, playbooks, and enablement that make partners look good to their clients.
