The Role

We need a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can take full ownership of product areas — from architecture to production — and use AI tooling daily to move faster than a traditional engineering team.

This is not a ticket-execution role. You'll work directly with founders and product leadership, influence technical decisions, and see your work running in production within weeks of joining.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI-powered full-stack products from architecture to production — owning features end-to-end
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, and automation systems using OpenAI, Anthropic, and custom prompt workflows
• Develop modern frontend interfaces in React and/or Angular, backed by scalable Python and Node.js services
• Design and maintain APIs, internal tooling, and data pipelines supporting real operational workflows

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience — shipped real products, not just contributed to them

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Traffic Arbitrage Specialist to manage and scale paid traffic campaigns across multiple channels. This role focuses on acquiring traffic at a lower cost and monetizing it through advertising, affiliate offers, or owned digital assets to generate profit.

You will play a key role in optimizing campaigns, identifying new arbitrage opportunities, and maximizing ROI across platforms.

Технічні вимоги до кандидата на позицію:

• комерційний досвід Full Stack розробки (від 2–3 років);
• досвід розробки рішень з нуля + підтримка існуючих систем;
• впевнене знання JavaScript;
• досвід роботи з Node.js або PHP;
• обов’язковий досвід роботи з WordPress (кастомізація, підтримка);
• досвід роботи з API та інтеграціями (REST, webhooks);
• досвід роботи з базами даних (PostgreSQL / MySQL);

• досвід або інтерес до AI-автоматизацій

   

Обовʼязки кандидата на позиції:

1. Підтримка існуючих систем

• налаштування доступів для нових співробітників (SSO, акаунти, сервіси);
• вирішення технічних проблем у сервісах (Motive, Fleetio, Tenstreet, ClickUp, RingCentral та інші);
• налаштування та підтримка інтеграцій між системами які ми використовуємо в роботі за необхідності;
• участь у впровадженні AI-автоматизацій;
• оперативне реагування на технічні збої;
• пошук причин багів та нестабільної роботи систем;
• виправлення багів на сайтах (WordPress та інші).

2. Розробка та реалізація внутрішніх проектів

• розробка нових веб-рішень та внутрішніх сервісів;
• доопрацювання та переробка корпоративних сайтів;
• розробка рішень для Tenstreet;
• створення онлайн-форм для найму та оформлення водіїв;
• розробка внутрішнього сервісу (документація, заявки, форми, електронний підпис);
• участь у створенні внутрішньої апки для водіїв;
• інтеграції між системами;

• автоматизація процесів (AI).

Готовність працювати з різними технологіями залежно від задачі — критично важлива.
