CEO (CIS, iGaming)

🚀 An international holding is looking for a CEO to launch and scale an ambitious iGaming project from scratch in the CIS market.

This is a key leadership role for someone who wants not just to manage, but to build a business from the ground up and have a direct impact on strategy, product, and results.

🔥 What you’ll do:

• Launch and scale the iGaming product in the CIS market
• Own the full business: strategy, P&L, and growth
• Build and lead a high-performing team
• Drive acquisition, retention, affiliate, and product development
• Optimize unit economics (FTD, NGR, CAC, LTV, ROI)
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as CEO / Country Director / Head of iGaming
• Strong expertise in the CIS iGaming market
• Track record of launching or scaling products from scratch
• Deep understanding of acquisition, retention, and affiliate models
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• English or Russian for daily communication
