About the Role:

We're looking for a Webinar GTM Operator to build, run, and scale our webinar channel from the ground up. This is not a marketing role. This is a full-funnel GTM position — you own everything from topic selection to live delivery to post-webinar outbound sequences.

🎯 What you'll do:

• Own the full webinar workflow: ideation → content production → execution → distribution → post-webinar outbound
• Maintain a webinar content calendar aligned with product releases and market trends
• Research and validate topics using data (YouTube views, past registrations, competitor analysis, viral LinkedIn posts)
• Prepare and deliver expert-level webinars — solo and with external partners — that drive registrations, engagement, and pipeline
• Build and manage relationships with co-hosts and external partners for audience exchange
• Own webinar distribution across all channels: email, paid ads, LinkedIn, website popups, in-app, partner lists
• Set up and track registration pages, HubSpot forms, and attribution by source
• Run post-webinar outbound sequences via Reply — clean lists, launch sequences, track reply rates
• Conduct after action reviews after every webinar: metrics, distribution performance, content quality
• Proactively find opportunities to speak at external events, podcasts, and partner webinars to grow the Reply brand

🧩 Requirements:
Must-have:

• Real, hands-on outbound experience (3+ years) — you've built sequences, booked meetings, used the tools
• Strong, confident English — you can present, handle live Q&A, and sound credible to a B2B sales audience
• Natural on camera — charisma is baseline here, not something we'll develop
• Deep knowledge of B2B outbound: cold email, LinkedIn prospecting, email deliverability, AI in sales
• Ability to go deep on any outbound topic in 1–2 weeks and present it credibly
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you coordinate designers, partners, marketing, and sales independently
• Self-starter with a founder mentality — you see a gap and fix it without being asked

Will be a plus:

• Active LinkedIn, Telegram, blog, or YouTube presence about outbound/sales (even small following)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer who can design and own backend systems end-to-end, mentor other developers, and handle production Kubernetes environments.

You will collaborate with product and engineering, guide technical direction, mentor others, and help shape best practices in microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement core backend features using Python, Django, and Celery.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices for data exchange and payment initiation.
• Model, query, and optimize complex datasets in PostgreSQL.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot services on Kubernetes in AWS (and on-prem OpenShift environments).

• Collaborate closely with geophysicists, data scientists, and software engineers to translate scientific domain requirements into robust on-prem or Cloud software

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications for geophysical and geological data analysis, interpretation and visualization (e.g., seismic, horizon,

fault, velocity model, etc.)

• Present architectural designs and technical proposals to the architecture review board.
