The Media Trader is responsible for performing all assigned activities related to trade desk planning and managing programmatic advertising campaigns for online advertising clients. Media Trader will execute and optimize display, video, and mobile programmatic or real-time bidding (RTB) campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Understand the programmatic media landscape trading for clients that include Display, Video, Native, CTV, DOOH and Mobile

· Understands Marketing attribution and cross channel measurements Develop strategies to achieve campaign goals.

· Execute programmatic campaigns from the RFP through client reporting in Multiple Demand Side Platforms. (The Trade Desk, OneView, DV 360, Amazon, etc).

· Ability to extract and deliver insightful findings for optimization purposes and client reports.

· Build and evolve relationships as a point of contact with media vendors and technology partners, day to day clients, and internal teams.

· Coordinate with exchange partners to optimize and troubleshoot as necessary.

· Work through ROI models to ensure ad systems get more profitable over time.

· Liaise with internal partners such as Account Management, Media and Ad Ops teams to implement and execute campaigns.

· Produce analytical, status and campaign performance reports.

· Collaborate with the trading desk team on RFP’s, strategy, and other duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

· Demonstrated ability coordinating diverse groups of people to a successful outcome

· Effective time management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Able to handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks based on shifting needs

· Excellent writing, editing and communication skills using a variety of media

· Excellent project management and organizational skills and ability to work independently

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and able to quickly master internal systems and applications.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· BA/BS degree required, with concentration in Marketing, Math or Statistics a plus

· 1+ years’ experience

· Knowledge of demand Side Platforms

· Proven self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

· Ability to perform in a fast paced environment with dynamic job responsibilities and priorities.

· Strong analytical, written and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of MS Excel (Pivots and Macros a plus).

· Understanding of how the Web functions.

· Experience with web languages including HTML, JavaScript, and SQL a plus.

· Experience in digital agency advertising a plus.

Readiness to work from 15:00 till 23:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.

Job Description

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to achieve client objectives, including lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage Facebook’s audience tools to create highly targeted and optimized campaigns based on user behavior, demographics, interests, and more.
• Optimization & Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze campaign performance and metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc.), adjusting strategies and budgets to meet KPIs and improve ROI.
• Creative & Copy Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience and align with campaign goals.
• Budget Management: Oversee and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spend distribution to maximize returns while staying within budget.
• A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing for ad copy, creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve ad performance.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Facebook advertising, digital marketing, and the broader social media landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing Facebook Ads, including expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to assess performance.
• Knowledge of Ad Formats: Deep understanding of various ad formats (carousel, video, collection, etc.) and how to use them effectively in different campaigns.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Facebook Pixel, custom audiences, dynamic ads, and retargeting.
• Creative Mindset: Ability to collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing ad creatives that align with strategic goals.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, including the ability to test, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve the best results.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines
