We’re looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to lead our Inbound Lead Generation for the US market!
WHO WE ARE:
Nova is the first Ukrainian team systematically designing high-rise buildings for the US market. We work on large-scale projects in New York and Miami (high-rise residential, mixed-use, and hospitality). We are already a team of 100+ specialists with a stable project pipeline for the year ahead, and we continue to grow rapidly.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
An experienced Marketing Manager who has successfully scaled B2B marketing in a service company and knows how to turn content and SEO into a steady stream of leads.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪️ Developing and executing a content strategy for the company page and the founders' personal brands.
▪️ Creating in-depth B2B content tailored to our audience (BIM Managers, MEP Coordinators, GC Project Managers).
▪️ Launching SEO and a blog: semantics, editorial calendar, and briefs for copywriters.
▪️ Building a link-building strategy through industry-specific media.
▪️ Developing employer branding: DOU, LinkedIn Life page.
▪️ Analytics: tracking traffic, MQL, SQL, and CAC across channels.
▪️ Managing contractors: copywriters (EN), designers, SEO agency.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
▪️ 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
▪️ Proven case studies with measurable results in a B2B service company.
▪️ Strong English copywriting skills (B2+ level).
▪️ Deep understanding of LinkedIn as the primary B2B channel.
▪️ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
▪️ Basic SEO knowledge: the ability to read a site audit and understand the next steps.
NICE TO HAVE:
▪️ Knowledge of Ahrefs, Semrush.
▪️ Practical experience working with US or international audiences.
▪️ Understanding of the construction or engineering niche.
